My entire experience with this company was excellent. The store offers great prices and selection and the staff is very personable. I would call Arizona Floors & More again for any/all floors.

I can’t say enough good things about James, Terry, Chris and this company. They just wrapped a ten-location flooring project for one of our customers in the Phoenix Area and throughout the whole process, they maintained excellent communication in relaying project progress, details and completion photos to us at our offices here in Ohio. They even handled the logistics for us regarding the placement and relocating of the refrigeration trucks needed for perishables to be stored while the restaurant coolers were getting their new floors. They worked with us and our customer to schedule and complete these jobs at a time and in a manner that was the least disruptive to our customer’s business so I would highly recommend them for any flooring job needed and look forward to working with them again in the future.

We needed help with our shower as our previous contractor hadn't listened to what we wanted, and never finished.  Alan came out for the estimate, advised exactly what was needed and provided an estimate that evening.  Once we advised that we wanted to proceed, he was able to get us on his schedule within a reasonable time.  From demo thru to the finished shower, Alan's timing was exactly as he said it would be.  He checked in with my husband to be sure that he was doing exactly what we wanted.  When he was finished we had the shower of our dreams.  He is personable and takes pride in his work.  We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing flooring!

Ali Karsraee send a skilled team to remove all existing carpet and tile from out recently purchased house. The entire house was retiled. This was a one week long job. The results were outstanding and exactly what we wanted. Ali offered very good advice regarding the project and demonstrated his expertise. We found Ali to be reputable, honest and responsible. Chris was very responsive and made sure the project was on schedule when the floor was installed May 2020 George who installed the floor was a craftsman - the floor was well installed but it was the cutting into the kitchen island and around feature posts that George excelled “was better than most”.

What is even more impressive is returned to my home in February 2021 (COVID travel issues) and there was pieces of the floating floor that were hollow and not level to the base floor and some special pole wraps had cracked and broke. Chris came and looked and had George back to fix the flooring immediately and after searching for a solution fixed the pole wraps. This was done without additional costs and no questions asked - just wanted to get things fixed

They have done flooring in our old house, new carpeting and tile and a back splash (which was made of glass) we were very happy with the results. Therefore, when we bought our new house and completely remodeled it we decided to use them again. This was a much larger job took out all the flooring which was glued down wood, and a ton of tile, a huge job. We had luxury waterproof vinyl installed, along with carpeting and tile in all four bathrooms. So 5 different products, oh and they also did our back splash in our kitchen very very happy with those results. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing group of people to work with. The whole process of our bathroom remodel went seamlessly and we would recommend this company to all of our family and friends!

Excellent experience with L&M Granite. The job was to remove a stainless steel kitchen sink. The team came a bit later than expected but dove right into working. Several hours later I had my new man-made granite sink put in to my liking. The existing granite counter top had to be cut away in several areas and the cut ends polished to high gloss as the counter top is. The alternative was to remove the slab with the risk of cracking the granite - i chose to have the modification done in place, The work was professional grade and at a moderate price.
