I needed to have a new HVAC System installed in Mid August. PJ came out the same day. He was very knowledgeable about the complexity of the 4 zone system I have. He patiently walked me through the best options for replacement and explained everything in detail. The following day they were out to install the new system, being highly professional at all times and very respectful of my home. PJ came back about 2 weeks later to quality check the system and once again made me very comfortable that work was done properly. Additionally, every contact I have had with Tucker Hill, from the office to field techs has been highly professional with an emphasis on customer service.

John with customer service was great with helping me set up my appointment. Chris worked quickly, and communicated very clearly what needed to be fixed and why. He additionally provided me with photos so that I could see the problems for myself.

Scott was very professional. He called and arrived when he indicated and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. I would highly recommend A Better Place and will say that we will be using Scott for any future work around our home.
