Best Custom Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. We Purchased 2 showers with Rain Glass doors & 1 Soaker tub. Great product And installation but i had a problem With then sending in the final invoice To close the zero interest on the deal But i got to the right guy & missionDone ?? So i called and wanted toAdd a shower wand like in the 1stShower witb a slide door & Yikes$1850 ADD … So we passed !!This could have been a 5 star reviewIf there was service after the saleI would have been happy to pay $1000Or so But $1850 !! Tell me to BEND OVER !! Seriously !!! $1850 !!

The remodel went very well and was finished in a timely manner. Pablo and McKenzie did a wonderful job.

They went the extra mile to make sure it was adorable and exactly what we wanted. What an amazing experience and new Kitchen we walked away with!!! Both friendly and professional would never go anywhere else!!

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

We are so very, very happy with the complete bathroom remodel. Our 75 year old bathroom was literally falling apart, and Re-Bath, and most especially Cameron, has done an amazing job.This is our third remodel on our home, and it is the very first one where my wife is truly pleased with the outcome. From our very first appointment, the Re-Bath team has gone out of their way to listen carefully and provide feedback that provided us with a new bathroom that should last for many years to come.

I inquired via email for a bathroom remodel and the guy who called back left an incredibly rude message. I’d never call them back let alone hire this jerk.

OMG!!! We are in heaven!!! We remodeled our upstairs master bathroom to accommodate my pending hip re-replacement which would require a 3 month recovery. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom! Derek suggested an Aqua Therapy Tub with jets, light therapy, and macro bubbler to exfoliate the skin and leave it baby soft. It’s AMAZING!!! I highly recommend the tub! Derek also extended the shower to accommodate a wheelchair and added a handheld shower head along with a rain shower head. The shower experience is just as amazing as the tub...well, almost! Derek’s work is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, detailed and meticulous with his work. And he is very accommodating and easy to work with. He’s a very friendly guy who has made our remodel a very pleasant experience. We HIGHLY recommend derek@aquatherapytubs to remodel/upgrade your bathroom as well. You’ll be glad you did!

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Does an excellent job and really stands behind their work. Even offers a 5 year warranty.

My wife and I hired Ross to remodel our bathrooms and add a pantry to our kitchen and are very happy with the results. The bathrooms feel fresh and modern and the pantry integrates into the kitchen flawlessly as if that were the original design. Throughout the process, Ross juggled the balance of style, practicality, and affordability. He was professional in communicating, working with our schedule, respectful of our space (he kept everything VERY clean), reliable, and punctual. Overall, Ross is a pleasure to work with; he clearly takes pride in his work and delivers as if he were working with his own money on his house. My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! Endless ads online.... to me this is intrusive and indicates they over-spend on customer acquisition, which of course means they're going to be very, very expensive.
