Best Window Design in Phoenix AZ

We had four different companies out when we started looking for new windows. From start to finish I/we couldn't be happier with the professionalism, curtesy, quality of craftmanship and the work they did.

Everyone I/we encounter were very kind, pleasant and took the time to answer all the questions we had. Even coming back out twice to do so. After an expected incident they worked with me so I was able to move forward to get out new windows.

I can't say enough good about this company. I high recommend them if you are looking for a great product and company to work with.

From beginning the process to the end, you cannot find a better company to deal with. From the first call, the ladies in the office( top notch), to the owner Ennis ( pure of heart), to Juan that came out to measure and answered ALL my questions, to last but not least the installers, you could not ask for better help and service. And service, is what separates them for the rest, you have questions, ask, and they do not make you feel inadequate. The price is fair and the workmanship is perfect. In addition to, they manufacture and install their own product. So if there is a problem, you contact them, not the installer who contacts the distributor who contacts the manufacturer. One call does it all.

AZ Valley Windows was awesome. Definitely can't wait to get the rest of my windows done.

This review is overdue. Early one Saturday morning I received a text that a glass door in a building I manage had been smashed overnight. The company I normally work with(no longer!) was not answering their 24 hr emergency number so I started looking for nearby options. Sunny State came up in Google maps with lots of good reviews. I reached Dwayne and he apologized that he had family plans and wouldn't be able to make it till about 3pm. Considering it was about 10 am at this time I thought that was very reasonable. He called when he was on the way, got the place boarded up quickly and gave me a quote for glass replacement once it could be ordered. The price was very reasonable for the board up and the replacement. A very nice woman in the office contacted me Monday morning with a written proposal and a schedule. They followed through on everything they said they would do and stuck to the schedule communicating along the way with more specifics about time once the ordered glass had arrived. All in all, excellent service and, really nice people, good price, communicative and on time. What else can you ask for?

I just had my new Milgard windows installed by K&J Windows. Everything was professional, informative and no nonsense from the very beginning. Tony came out to give us pricing and product information and Dennis and Paul came out to do the install. All three guys were highly knowledgeable, polite and made sure the job was done right. The windows look great! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Great quality and service beginning to end. Doug's crew did a great job both inside and out, and the Infinity series made a huge difference for our our south facing wall.

Happy I reached out to lifetime it was great experience my first actually . Was a lot of information and things to think about over the holidays. ..Rich.c asked me for my honest review when he left .. I think the Marvin window is beautiful and as It was shared I believe it to be the best window for the Az climate also .. we shall see with the new year brings ..

It was extremely easy. The salesperson came, showed us the samples, and gave us a quote all in the same visit. Installers came and wasted no time and we're done with all 6 windows in a day and a half, leaving only painting the trim for us.

Freelite has been incredibly good to work with. Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.
I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.
I have the highest regard for Freelite and it's employees.
I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.

We purchased 7 windows and a new Arcadia door. In the process of installing the last window the subcontractor left divets in the glass of the Arcadia door. When I called Red Rock I was dismissed and no action was taken on their part to correct the issue. Spend the extra money and stick with a well known company that values it's customers.
Disappointed customer

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

We met with Dustin and he was great with all of our questions. The guys doing the work did a great job. LEI replaced 11 windows and a patio door. We have seen a big difference in temperature in the rooms. Very pleased with the finished work! Would definitely recommend LEI to others.

The installation crew did an exceptional job of protecting our furniture and carpet; they put drop cloths over everything and explained what they were going to do before they started. The windows are amazing and exactly what I expected. When the crew was finished they cleaned everything up, you couldn't tell they were there. One of the best experiences I have had on an installation. I would highly recommend this company. They have a very high quality product and do everything they can to make sure you are3 satisfied with the result.

Second time using Universal Auto Glass in a five year period. Very pleased with their service from start to finish. Prompt, on-time, efficient, does what they say they are going to, and follows-up. Turns out that the wrong windshield was put on my car, which was discovered after the rain sensor would not stay attached to the interior side. Universal sent someone out a few days later to remedy the situation. They ended up replacing my front windshield again a week later with another new windshield that was correct for my car. Mobile Service, Great employees, on the phone and in the field. Highly Recommended. I will continue to use them. A+, Five Stars, Four Diamond, etc...

They came out to give us ideas on a custom barn door at the bottom of my stairway. They provided a design, 2 estimates and hardware options. The project was installed and we couldn't be happier.
