I had a great experience with Desert King Windows. They were affordable, professional, courteous and best of all clean. They did an amazing job with the install and I would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

This company deserves 10 stars!!!! The 'estimator' was professional and polite. He sat down and calculated our quote so we didn't have to wait, unlike many other companies. Crews on time, very respectful, protect your floors and belongings and clean up after themselves, both indoors and out. We had an issue with one window and it was rectified at lightening speed. Jake's customer service was ON it. Jake was professional, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company.

Found Greg Johnson to be extremely responsive. I sent an email requesting an appointment early on a Saturday morning and received a call later that morning with an appointment the same day.
Had installed half the windows in Phase 1 in the spring of 2019 and found the windows to be so much more efficient as my electric bill dropped from the previous summer - the APS average billing decreased over $20/month.

My driver's window slid down in the door 2 days before Christmas and PWR offered to repair it that day. They quoted me 2 prices and when I got it fixed I was pleased it was the lower price! The repair took about 30 minutes. The receptionist was extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

Great people, great product at a fair price

I ordered a new slider, based on a friends positive experience with WW. Expectation was slider would be in quickly since few people ordering windows during COVID. Slider was ordered 4/22 and was to be installed 6/2 however when installers arrived the slider was the wrong size and for some unknown reason was custom made to a bizarre size despite my house having a standard 6x8 slider size. Some one should have caught this bizarre size either at ordering or procurement and questioned the size. Meanwhile we had other renovation projects planned that are held up because of this blunder. WW advised another 3 weeks for another slider to be manufactured. Not happy with WW due to the blunder and lack of ownership on WW part.

They just did my house in Peoria. Save yourself some time. Do not even consider any other company. I doubt any other window company can match this organization. Perfect from A to Z.

I have a house with a lot of windows and I had gotten a couple of bids already, they had better windows and a better price. The installation went really well too. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before you buy windows from someone else.

Pretty cool very nice people

It was a very pleasant experience from the sales to the installation. Dustin (sales) went above and beyond helping me move furniture and take down blinds. The installation crew was punctual, polite and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend.

The crew led by Bruce arrived at 7:30 today and completed the job by 2:30. Once they arrived,they wasted no time at all. Covered the floor, furniture and started to take out and installed the windows. The crew worked well together and because of that they were efficient. They cleaned up afterwards so when they left one could not tell that work was done except for the fact we had new windows!!! Thank you Bruce and crew for a job well done.

We could not be any happier with our experience at Lasting Impressions. We just had our new door and sidelight installed today, and it is beautiful. The installers did a fantastic job! The service we received from day one was professional and courteous. We initially had to put a temporary hold on our order given an unforeseen circumstance, and Mark was incredibly accommodating. We feel very fortunate that we made the initial stop into this store when we started looking for a new door. They were thorough, detailed, honest, and there were no last minute add ons or surprises. DO NOT USE THEM! One of the executives just called me yelling and swearing because I am not happy with the claims results. He informed me customers do not come first.

I am happy with the product but not the service I have received. It has been almost 6 months since the initial install and there is still a cut in the screen for one of the windows and no locks on the screen doors. My project manager is unresponsive and I don't believe the replacements and parts were ordered when he said they were. It should not take 6 months for a screen and a couple locks.
