Our team from Dreamstyle were the best from start to finish we are extremely happy with the complete bathroom remodel in our master bedroom. Joseph Thomas and Max Shell were always on time and even when a problem arose on my account it was don't worry Mr Jones we'll take care of it. My wife and I will highly recommend Dreamstyle to anyone . I'm not sure how your workers are paid but Joseph and Max deserve a bonus those two guys worked their butts off. SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND CANT GET IT TOGETHER!!! I have repeatedly asked to be removed from their calling list from several employees the last 2 months. I have received over 25+ calls and each time politely asked to be removed from the call list and I've heard I will have a manager remove you we just got a new system, our computers are getting updated BUT I still keep getting calls. Your Company is one I would NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND after the headache of being hassled for Windows relentlessly. Figure your new system out and when someone asked to be removed from your call list… Take them off. Simple!

Had shower doors installed in late Jan 2019, and of Mar18 2019 still have not had bad side of shower doors replaced

Was very pleased with Retro Pro - Eric and his team of professional employees were great - to include Angela, Steve, Oscar and Blake. Two bathrooms were completely remodeled and both were completed timely with excellent workmanship on the remodel. New showers, tub, toilets, flooring, cabinets and paint. Could not be happier with the outcome and promptness of getting the work completed. Minor warranty issues came up but resolved quickly. Again highly recommend this company for any work you want done in your home.

My mom needed a new sliding patio door, and after contacting several companies, Freelite was the obvious choice. Every single person I had contact with at Freelite was friendly, helpful and went over and above. From Karen and Lorrie in the office, to Josh who did the estimate, to the installation team of Ivan, Tyler and Leo, each exceeded all expectations. Mom's door is beautiful and works perfectly after the team made sure every little detail was just perfect. If you need windows or doors, Freelite will not disappoint.

We had a few different companies visit us back in July/August 2020. Remod had a good presentation with a light bulb showing heat through the different panes of glass. Which is more than any other company had done. They offered to take $1000 off if we commit with them that day, and we did. We went with the Aztec style dual pane windows and a new french door. The windows come with a double lifetime warranty. So if we no longer have the home the lifetime warranty will transfer over 1 time to the new owner.
The financing paperwork came and we were approved. Our first payment was to be in October.
We've called multiple times to get updates on our order and we keep getting, oh I will have the owner call you back she's out in the field. Or we get, I'll have Anna call you back since you've spoken to her before.
We have never, EVER received a call back. In December I called and explained that it's disappointing that we are never given any updates and no one calls us back at our request. I explained that if there are delays it's fine we understand that things happen but we want to be informed. Yet we are never informed. After I explained this to Anna she said she will right it down and make sure to call us every Tuesday and Thursday which is when they receive deliveries to see if our order arrived.
After a week I called because we never heard back
During that call Anna pushed it back onto the owner for not doing her job and when I countered that she said she would call, she yelled at me that she doesn't need this and hung up on me.
I waited a couple weeks and called again and my girlfriend emailed the owner as well. No apology for the horrific customer service, no apology for the delay, no explanation except various excuses like, the manufacturer has a shortage on tempered glass, we have alot of jobs we are doing right now, we are meeting with the manufacturer and fill you in with an update.....and still we have never received an update. It is now January 8, 2021, 6 months have passed and all we get are excuses, lies, and still no windows (and a door).
My advice is to avoid this company completely.
We don't want them touching our home because if it's this hard to get an update, I can't imagine how difficult it is for them to stand by their warranty and quality of their work.
We are trying to cancel and we are ignored.
Do Not do business with these people!!!!!
