Corena has a great customer service attitude. Her knowledge of the glass replacement was great she answered all my questions. Very courteous over the phone I would recommend you calling her if need glass work done.

Duane answered the phone immediately and scheduled me a next day appointment. The next day, he arrived exactly on time and replaced my window in expert fashion. He swept-up and left everything clean and tidy. What a nice guy. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were the 6th company I called (I never get that many quotes for a job) because I just couldn’t get on board with the other companies. Thank goodness I didn’t give up and tried one last company. They’re extremely responsive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable and offer great prices for their products, definitely not inflated like several of the other companies I talked to and the doors were ready to install in less than 4 weeks after ordering. They are not hard sellers but will any questions you have and offer advice if needed. They replaced 2 sets of very old French doors (one set included a sidelight) in my condo with new fiberglass ones and I could not be happier. They also replaced door sweeps and weatherstripping on two other doors as well as fixed a sticky patio door just because Craig noticed it sticking as he opened it. Kris also left the place as clean as when he came. Craig and Kris are just genuinely nice people with fair prices, incredibly hard workers, and are very meticulous in what they do. I will go to them for all of my future door and window needs as well as recommend them to anyone who needs windows and doors. You will not regret it!

When we moved into our home we knew that there were 3 windows that needed to be replaced. The seals were broken and the screens were a mess.
After meeting at the home show we had Greg from Marvin come out and look at what we wanted to replace. He gave us great advice and good education on the differences in windows. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions! Was patient with all of our decision making as well!!
When installation came I was nervous about how this would work on a stucco house. Kenny, the installer was amazing. He was conscientious of the dust created and protected the house from it. He worked quickly and kept the work space clean. He insulated all around the windows and caulked beautifully. It was truly a very professional job.
The windows are amazing, cool to the touch when it is 112 outside I can feel the difference in my office dramatically. It makes such a huge difference and it is a great feeling knowing they are good quality windows saving my energy costs.

I have used Alex and Everlasting Windows for many of clients (I am a general contractor) over the years. Some bigger jobs, some incredibly small, but incredibly important to my client. Case in point today. A family with a baby on the way was moving into a home they recently closed on.
Two windows wouldn't lock and the master arcadia door stopped locking. Alex took care of it no problem - and since it wasn't too much time or parts (he did have to make a trip to Ace Hardware)....he didn't charge me. Solid guy. Solid work. We had Freelite come and replace all the window in our home, and repair and old skylight. They were professional and did a great job with the install. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again for our next project in the future.

Windows took about three months to make. From quote to install it was great. They called us to see if we would like to install the windows due to a back order on the screen door. So we paid in full for everything and now over a month later still waiting for the screen door. Yet there was never any mention of this when we placed the orders on the window or even during the process there was a back order. I called to get an update on the screen door and was pretty much told, We don't know when it will come in and that was it. I checked with our rep that sold the windows to us and said I need the call the office, which I have already done. We should have waited to pay for everything since technically the job is not complete, we might have gotten our screen door sooner. There also was no offer to refund the screen door or make accommodations until it comes in. Please make sure you get everything you pay for before you pay for it all.

The installation team was punctual, clean and professional. I expected the installation of the 5 windows and patio door to take a full day but they were finished within 5 hours. Clean-up was 100% and they were very thorough in explaining the operation on the windows and door.
