Best New Doors Phoenix in Phoenix AZ
Companies spend many resources maintaining their online reputation, so I was skeptical about this company actually being 5-star quality. I’m happy to say they definitely deserve 5 stars, across the board. I had 6 windows installed, including one large custom one. The installers were very professional, courteous, and communicated effectively with me. From the sales side, it was pitch free and the pressure was non existent. The pricing was the best I found. I used three different companies to replace a total of 12 windows, and energy shield was by far the easiest to do business with, and I had good experiences with the other 2, so the bar was already high. The work itself was beautifully done and they cleaned up very well! The foreman went above and beyond and even got rid of a large junk pile I had sitting in the backyard, and wouldn’t take a dime extra from me even when offered. Based on my experience, I think you will get honesty, integrity, and quality from this company.

From the initial estimate, to the installation everything went flawlessly. The door quality was better than we expected and the installation was seamless! Our installer we. Above and beyond, answering questions and making sure the latches and electronic locks were all working. He even took the time to do a quick fix on our front door to get the electric lock working. Great company and great people doing the work! We will definitely be using them for any future needs we have!

From the first interaction with True View was nothing short of incredible. I don’t want to sound cheesy or anything but they were with me every step of the way sharing how they would be serving our sliding door. With terrific fair prices and professional staff, they are bar none the only company we will work with. Greg was the technician we were privileged to work with. He did all the installation and Greg was genuine, authentic, and very friendly. He even shared his talent as far as fixing the back gate leading to the job. Above and beyond service is what I’ve come to expect, and they deliver!

Dwayne was awesome! I accidentally busted my 2nd story window pane and was in a panic to hear that the first 5 companies I reached out to wouldn't be able to be out till the next week. Even one company came out and wouldn't work on my window because it was too high up (12ft... bruh). But Dwayne came within hours and fixed it super quick and it was a great price! Highly recommend him as he seemed to have a veteran in the business attitude and I was very confident in him to do the job.

Craig and Kris were great! Super quick process, Craig was very direct in explaining his professional opinion and what door options they had. Window & Door Co. came in 3k less than the next bid. Once I had signed with them, Kris was quick to reach out and schedule the final measurements, providing an ETA on the sliding door (also 12 weeks quicker then other companies I had got quotes from). All in all, great pricing, great communication, and a great install. Did not catch the installers name but he was in and out within 4 hours, took his time setting up to protect the interior flooring and exterior stucco. Highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Our package was delayed significantly getting to them and they were willing to help us with another regulator. Fortunately USPS found the package. A company that is willing to help when the issue is through no fault of their own is a company that you want to continue to do business with many times over.

I am very disappointed with window world,The same technicians that are on the commercial are the same guys that did my installation.2 winters after the installation of 3 windows i found my rooms were colder than the previous years and utility bills higher. So i did some investigation and took the trim off my windows to find no insulation on the windows. When i called and they sent a repair tech he insulated 2 windows saying the 3rd was ok and not needing it. So i had to insulate it myself. The clicker in all this is that 4 YEARS LATER THE VINYL WINDOWS ARE TURNING A YELLOW HUE BECAUSE THEY CANT LAST IN THE ARIZONA HEAT.Never recieving an apology or a discount for my high utility bills I feel because we were speaking spanish at the time of the installation that we were hugely discriminated against a proper install and there fore a better review.thats right when you have to use the race card its a dam shame. But thats how it is with company that dont care about the extra added costs they made you have because of a unproper installation.Im glad i did not have them do my 7 other windows....BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

They have been my go to source for superior quality, reasonably priced floor solutions. They are rapid response, attention to detail, thorough follow through, full service organization. I've been tempted--and shopped their prices with other vendors. The prices hold up. I will continue to do business with them.

Great to work with. Easy to schedule. I have a pick up with a camper and the rear window shattered somehow. I had Reliable Glass go out to the camper locations where they removed the camper, got the window installed and made the whole process a breeze.Would definitely use again.

Terrible experience and horrible quality with literally ZERO response to our emails and calls.
We ordered and paid the price of a new car for two gray sliders. The crew even had grey caulk/sealant and trim to match the grey doors they were supposed to install.
The doors are 100% brown and look terrible. You can see the brown door vs grey sealant and grey “trim” in the pictures, against the two shades of grey in our house DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will extract money and literally never call you back.
