Best Installation Service in Phoenix AZ
Desert King installed over 20 windows in our home. The sales and installation were both well done. The guys installing the windows were respectful of space (I was working from home) and did a great job installing and cleaning up.

I contacted Chad for a quote on replacing all our home’s original single-pane windows and glass slider. Chad was very quick to respond and scheduled an onsite visit for measurements. He provided us quote with a few different options of brands & styles and answered all our questions around their differences. The office team was also very nice and scheduled us with Mario for installation. Mario was great and worked meticulously to ensure everything was installed properly. Without the proper installation of the window/slider, you will not reap the benefits of their energy savings. The windows and slider look amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. Great staff and great price.

Duarte glass was very responsive to my request. They explained to me what the cost would be for my window and did exactly that. What a great experience it was working with them. Honest company with honest workmanship.

From beginning to end, Craig was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. My historic home presented a slightly unconventional situation, but without trouble, he was able to install a new door and correct the issues. He delivered exactly what I had asked for, and gave suggestions along the way to ensure I would be happy with the finished product. Craig’s pricing was more than fair and his contract was clean and easy to understand. I was so happy with the door and the service, I am hiring him to replace my front door next! Highly recommended.

Krasiva and Vision windows get my enthusiastic support!
Sales - Steve did an excellent job describing the product, the differences between this and competing products as well as the installation process in general. This was not a high pressure sales experience. He presented a quality product and educated us on its benefits.
Ordering and Preparation - Final measurements, working with the HOA for approval and getting product to my residence when promised went smoothly. Derek and Stephanie provided timely communication and were always responsive to our inquiries.
Installation - We cannot say enough good things about the Krasiva crew installing our new windows. Joe, Kirk and Gavin were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We felt they worked toward an installation that they would have completed in their own homes. They took their time and did things right. Everyone took time to answer my questions and explained how things worked when I didn't understand. Cleanup was like no one was ever there.
Product - Now that we have had the 11 large windows (and 1 sliding door) in place for a few weeks, we can tell you that our expectations have been exceeded. We already had builder grade dual pane windows in the home and expected a slight decrease in heat transfer, but the Vision 2500 weather shield product has proven to be more of an improvement. Example – Our master bedroom has a large south facing window in an 8x8 foot alcove. It has always been hot. We had a thermal shade, heavy curtains and an A/C vent right there. With the new window, we have not installed the shade and I have had to partially close the A/C vent to keep the alcove comfortable for my wife (her desk is in this alcove). The curtains and furniture next to two large west facing windows were always warm to the touch. While our max temperatures have only hit 110+ a half dozen times, we have noticed that even in direct afternoon sun, the glass itself is cool to the touch. The new windows even block external noise more effectively.
Overall, I would recommend this product and Krasiva to anyone (in fact I already have :-) ).

Freelite handled our replacement windows for our home. We have very large, hard to come by windows and they were able to find a company to make them. Early on, there was a bit of communication difficulties with their independent salesperson, but easily resolved and never rude or dismissive. Prices competitive. Their install crew was super friendly, on time, neat, and answered as many questions as I could throw at them. They came to the house a few times before install to make sure the measurements were correct due to the size of the windows. Our install was only recently, but so far so good. Would use them again if we need more windows.

Highly recommend Red rock windows and doors. Thomas came out and gave us a very reasonable quote and scheduled us quickly. Blake worked hard all day installing our beautiful new windows, cleaned up better than he found it, and had a great attitude. Thank you very much again!!

We moved into our house the 7th of June, Hot! All the windows rattled all the time, single panes, aluminum frames. Our 1st SRP electric bill was $388. A full month after window installation our bill dropped to $209. All installers were great. Cleaned up after install, including taking away the metal wrought iron we requested be removed from over the windows. Leo the owner has verified we are happy with our windows and sliding patio door. We prefer family owned and operated businesses. We highly recommend LJ Neal and sons. Definitely worth the cost.

I've used Clayton Glass and Accessories for four houses and wouldn't consider any other source. Great prices and selection brought me there but their customer service keeps me coming back! After a panel broke at a rental home Clayton Glass went above and beyond to get me a replacement. Problem being the unit was installed in California. The happily supplied the glass specs to a local source and provided me the hardware for replacement at a very reasonable cost.
Quick to respond to emails, terrific products and great prices. Why go anywhere else?

Dustin from the Phoenix office came to our house which is a bit more then an hours drive to show and explain the windows and all the features also aided my wife and I as to which window would work best from our home. We live in an area that is always cooler the Phoenix which we get snow during the winter months. Installation was quick and the crew was very professional while doing their job. We had 8 windows replaced of various sizes and all look great. My wife is particularly happy as she won’t have clean the windows for a bit since the crew did that job before they left. The crew also left the house as clean if not cleaner then it was when they arrived. Should you need windows or doors replaced I’d suggest to look no farther. We did that shopping and Lei charged less then the “other” company was quoting us.
Thank you Dustin and crew for the great job well done.

We had a very good experience with our odd sized bathtub to walk-in shower conversion. We were told upfront that the project might take 10 weeks due to material shortages but it only took about 6 weeks. The company did keep in touch during that time. The project cost about $11,000 but that price seems justified by the quality of the materials and installation. Our installers, Jared W & Francis R, were fabulous! They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day, and they were both friendly and respectful of our property and ourselves.I don't have anything bad to say about this experience.

Referred by Milgard for a missing door track. Quick response and call back, easy pickup. Total out the door was $22 for the piece that another local Milgard affiliate quoted $118!

They have avoided our calls. They did the wrong job we asked them to do, and now they are not owning up to their mistakes. Seems like they don’t want to fix the windows. We really liked them at the beginning, but they turned out to be so unprofessional.
