Hector and Fences Del Sol was reliable and professional for our wall extension project. They are honest and provide high quality work. With the way the construction industry is these days you never know what you’re going to get or when you will be able to get it. Hector took away all that concern. He had me on the schedule a couple short weeks after we settled on the scope and price, and he and his crew nailed the project out in 1 day! We are very please and highly recommend Fences Del Sol!

One of the slowest places to get loaded.

We had a brick wall that was falling down due to tree roots. This was a common wall, shared with the HOA so it needed to be done correctly. I received a prompt quote and Carlos and his crew showed up on time and completed the job as promised. They were kind enough to explain any questions, even while the work was being done. They did a great job and would highly recommend them!

The Western Fence staff was very helpful to me and the completing the project on time. Their bid/price was fair and their work was excellent. I would recommend.

Had a section of my wall replaced due to tree root damage. They had to cut down the blocks to match the rest of the wall which was very labor intensive. They did a great job and the wall looks amazing.

John and the fellas built an awesome custom fence for us. We needed locks and push bar openers and they did everything perfectly! Would highly recommend Pinnacle Fencing Solutions to anyone needing a new fence or repairs. Will definitely use them again.

This is the WORST service I have received in a very long time. I was given their contact info by the mesh manufacturer as I was very excited to use their product (and still am).
1. Damen was a no show the first estimate appointment and texted 30 min after our set time to tell me he was on the other side of town and would not make it.
2. Rescheduled with Damen and texted to ensure he was still coming about 15 min after appointment. He responded with I just left my first meeting a little behind this am. I'm about 25 min out which felt a bit like a cop out and that he actually forgot.
3. In between when the first appointment was supposed to happen and the second Damen and I had many texts back and forth about what I was looking for as well as a satellite version of my yard with my desired fence layout. Upon him arriving for the second appointment he was asking me all the same questions we had talked about via text as if we had never talked before. At this point I wasn't even sure if I was dealing with the same person...I reexplained and finished the appointment.
4. I called their office and talked to Rick (the owner) to see about getting a different sales person as I was really unimpressed with Damen. He seemed unsure but agreed to let me work with someone else.
5. I was called back a few days later (9/20) for a deposit ($700+) and told they would get me on the schedule. I received an email stating that install would happen Tuesday 10/19 at 7am and that I would get a call the night before with more details.
6. No call and no show on install day, so I called (8am) and the receptionist told me the scheduler would call me back as she was unsure what happened.
7. No call by 11:30am so I called back and the scheduler answered. When I asked what happened she said that she never received my layout and therefore never ordered my fencing. She said someone named Brian would be in touch.
8. No call from Brian, so I called back today (10/20) and was told that Rick would call me.
9. Brian calls me this afternoon and asks me what is happening as he has a note to call me. I explain what is going on and ultimately just tell him I would like a refund. He said okay and hung up on me.

All of this without a single apology or recognition of their fault in this. I will update on the refund process.

I serviced there coffee area they're wonderful people with a great staff seems like a great place to work or do business with.

I have a beautiful new Diamond Iron wrought iron fence with a wide gate that swings out to the golf course. It took longer, given the support wall
had to be repaired and re-stuccoed by a separate block crew, a project in itself, so the old fence had to come down for the length of that project.
Diamond Iron knew at once that I would need a temporary chain link fence, as we have a pool that would have created a safety hazard. So that
was the first thing they brought without me even asking. Given there were so many phases, I had the chance to meet many of the different crew members individually. Every single one of them was respectful, showed up on time, worked very hard work and just wanted to please. Given anything and everything that can go wrong in a complex project in this day and time, we had a couple of hiccups. In this day and time, when anything and everything can go wrong, what you often see is the company glossing things over and you just hang on for the ride. Not with this company. When we had a hiccup, the Controller of Diamond Iron, Vanessa Lindley handed the President of Diamond Iron, Chris Blauvelt a note from me. Four hours later, Chris was at my door to see for himself how he would move things along. Now that never happens, in this day and time.

Garage door repair -- prompt, courteous and thorough. 5 Stars.
