She explained the process in great detail and the quote documented every step and every product used. The job was scheduled within two weeks and took 4 days as anticipated. The crew showed up on time, were friendly and professional. Dina followed up each day to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction. They did a fantastic job, good price and the service is world-class. I couldn't be happier.

We hired Dustin to come out and epoxy our floors. The workmanship was amazing and the customer service is wonderful. Dustin and Justin were astounding to work with. If you need garage floors with epoxy or your house painted this is your company!

Roofing and carpentry crews were first class. Interior painter got the job done quickly and expertly. Very clean. Carpentry was fantastic. The finish work on and under my screen porch were works of art. My house trim and window casings look great.

I could not possibly recommend this company enough. They did some staining on our fence and porch columns, and the results are better than we ever expected. From their knowledge and attention to detail to their skill and work ethic, these guys won't let you down. They also couldn't be friendlier or easier to work with. If you need any work done, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Just go with Paint Ops.

We used Improovy to paint the ceiling of our condo before we put it on the market and they did a great job. Super responsive and took care of everything. Seems to be a great solution for any move-in or move-out home painting as they were quick to accommodate our timetable and were able to provide a competitive quote via phone call, which was very convenient. There were a few items that we needed to fix after the job but their team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our project and bring it to a great compulsion. Rising Phoenix Painting recently painted the exterior of our main home and guest house, our doors, and an interior bedroom. Angel and his fantastic team were responsive during the quoting process, they prepped thoroughly, covered our plants and outdoor furniture before spraying, color-matched our existing paint swatches, caulked all over, and even trenched the foundation so it looked as nice as the house. Their price was competitive, but they used must higher quality paint and supplies and had a better warranty on their work than others I had received proposals from. Rising Phoenix showed up when they committed to showing up, the job took the number of days projected, and they left no trace except a phenomenal looking house! My (now-retired) parents owned a painting business in Anchorage for 35 years and they were also very impressed! I’ve referred Rising Phoenix out to neighbors and friends and thought I owed it to others to post this review as well. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

I used ATR to install a security door, mount a tv, and to install an outdoor electrical outlet, as our home was somehow built without one. We’d been running everything outside from an extension cord through our garage. I’m grateful for the recommendation of ATR! They went right to work and did all the jobs quickly and professionally. The tv looks great and so does my security screen. They were super friendly and their prices were extremely reasonable. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, and I look forward to working with them in the future!
