I just wanted to say that my experience with Imperial Windows was great from beginning to end. Ken came out and gave us a very competitive quote, and answered any questions that we had. John the owner was very responsive and accommodating of our schedule. And our installer Philip was wonderful. He was fast and efficient in installing our windows, much faster than I thought he'd be able to do it. Phil and his helper went above and beyond, cleaning our windows to a spotless shine, as well as putting up our brackets for our blinds, and taking care of all the little details. And at the end of the day, our windows look fantastic, as well as being much more efficient than our old ones. Our house already feels much cooler and the windows function great. I would definitely recommend Imperial Windows if anyone is looking to upgrade their home!

We used Imperial Windows and Sunscreens to install 5 sunscreens on our windows to protect our turf that was recently installed. I was referred to them by my neighbor. I called and spoke to Kyle. He was great and was able to come look at our windows within a few days as we were on a time crunch. He gave us options and was very helpful. They were able to get us scheduled ahead of time since we were in a rush to get our windows done before we left town.

Imperial Windows had the most competitive quote, so we hired them to replace all the windows in a condo we own in Tempe. The installers were excellent, did a great job and even cleaned up afterward. The windows are high quality. There was a delay with our screens due to the manufacturer, but Imperial came through for us and got them delivered as soon as they could. Highly recommend Imperial Windows!

John the owner reached out to me personally, John offered a good solid quote, after checking around and reading reviews, I picked imperial because John actually cares about his customers, Everything went great and actually my windows got installed before the scheduled date ?. From the initial quote to the installation, Imperial Windows did an excellent job with our home. We had 12 windows and a patio door completed. Ken was great with sales and showed technical knowledge of the windows. He was honest and provided immediate response to my questions prior to contract. John, the owner kept us up to date on manufacture shipping times. The installers were wonderful and completed the job efficiently and were very clean. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great experience with Imperial! Ken provided the quote and was easy going and knowledgeable. Estimated lead time on windows was right on (5-6 wks). Nathan installed 4 windows and an 8 ft sliding glass door in one day. While skilled and professional he also kept his work area very tidy, which I very much appreciated. Just an all around outstanding experience using Imperial Windows to replace 14 windows with energy efficient windows and a large patio sliding door! From the sales experience to installation - 5 star rating - the windows are beautiful, have done everything we expected and the installation crew were fast, did a great job and left no mess behind. Highly recommend for pricing in addition to quality of product and install. Interviewed 7 companies and their pricing was the best.

From start to finish everything was great. We had new windows a sliding glass door and blinds installed at our condo and new sun screens made for our house. The owner John kept us informed with delivery delays and always responsive to my questions. Jose ,his son and Scott arrived on time for the install worked efficiently and were a pleasure to deal with. Kyle installed the window blinds quickly and made sure all our questions were addressed. We will definitely be using Imperial in the future when we have shutters done for our house. Would highly recommend

It was a good experience and I like the windows a lot. Except, the initial quote did not include stucco repair and there was a lot of it, which they don't do. I felt like they kinda left me hanging on a project that aesthetically was far from complete but they got paid and were on their way. Stucco cost me $700, a cost they said just could not be identified until the old windows came out. I think they should have had a stucco guy to finish and I would have paid them, but they referred me to someone that was a pain in the a$$ and I really did not appreciate it.

Imperial Windows & Sunscreens install all new windows throughout my house replacing the 1987 single pane with new Simonton double pane windows. Bob was a great sales person very responsive and I had a quote the same day. It did take 8 weeks for the windows to arrive but that was expected, the owner John contacted me when they found that the windows were going to take an extra week to arrive. The installers, a married couple showed up early and on time for two days and worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job on my windows. Excellent quality and the best price of the 3 companies I had quote. Love my new windows - so much quieter inside and cooler. Thank you!

I shopped around, and can not be more pleased with Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. Great service, price and overall experience. They even submit the SRP rebate for you, as long as you are a current SRP customer. Inside of the house already feels a few degrees cooler. Many thanks to Bob and Kyle.

We have had Imperial Windows & Sunscreens install Sunscreens and now new windows and doors on our home. Before hiring John the first time I did get several bids on sunscreens and they were very competitive, however what sold me was John, his pride in his business and their products is very evident. We didn't even get bids when we put in new windows and doors because we knew that John would get the job done right.

John and his crew are always professional, respectful and a pleasure to do business with. We have had great experiences with them over the last 2 years and highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

Do NOT shop any further. I shopped and received quotes from 5 other window businesses and was frustrated with the variance in price and quality. The really scary thing was reading the reviews on those companies, some good and a lot not so good. I just couldn’t commit to any of them. Then I found Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. I met with Ken in sales and was impressed with his knowledge and demeanor. The product was quality but that was not what sold me. The reviews for this business are top of the stars. And so many people can’t be wrong. John the owner called twice to confirm the install date. His install staff was top notch. I can’t thank installer John, Roy, Corey and Chris for a meticulous and respectful installation. I was impressed with the cleanliness that they left. This crew is the best and so appreciated. In fact, after this project, I met with Bob their blinds manager and ordered 5 blinds to compliment my new windows. Because my experience with this company was so outstanding, I am giving them the most stars available. Please give them call.

Best renovation experience I've had! John and his team are very professional and did a magnificent job. Needed a new sliding glass door. After hearing a few quotes, we were happy to go with Bob at Imperial. His pitch was very straightforward and the best value. He answered all our questions and was in and out quickly without all the extra sale add-ons and heat demonstrations. The install was great, done in less than 3 hours. Extremely happy with the new door and can already feel the difference. Will definitely buy new windows from them down the road!

We were in need of an 8' patio door replacement. We did our 'due diligence' and obtained a few estimates. We decided to go with Imperial Windows & Sunscreens for a few reasons; no sales pressure, no gimmicks, no up-selling, reasonable price. All our questions were answered and the process was explained. Bob was personable, courteous and responsive. John, (the owner) followed up to schedule and confirm installation date. The install went well. We are happy and would highly recommend!

Working with John was awesome! I was commuting between Phoenix and Charlotte, NC during the time I was doing my research and having the work done and John was great about keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process.

Initially I was looking to replace my front doorsand my slider, but on John's first visit he noticed that my front doors were still in pretty good shape and suggested I look into having them refurbished rather than replaced, even though this meant the lose of a sale for him! He was even able to refer me to someone who was able to do the job!

John did replace my sliding glass doors with french doors and I also had him replace one of my windows while he was there. Both the products and the work provided were excellent! They were very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

I will definitely be recommending Imperial Windows to my friends and will most likely be having them replace some additional windows in the future.

Fantastic company, incredible service, fully satisfied, would recommend to all friends with no doubt. First Ken arrived as promised, took all preliminary measurements and got us an estimate pretty quickly. Then, after we accepted, he sent one of his crew installers and John took the precise measurements. The order was done the same day. A few weeks later the windows and the door were ready and Ken contacted me and scheduled 3 days. The crew arrived as promised, did the job. They don't hesitate to help with blinds and other stuff, then returned everything back to the original stage. One of the windows was damaged during delivery and they made an emergency order, so it arrived and was installed next week. John and his crew were extremely detailed, answered all questions and we are the people enjoying the new just installed windows and one replaced garage door. Great job, guys, thanks!
