Best Glass Windows in Phoenix AZ

After calling Window World of Phoenix and being EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer relations, we decided to start calling around to other window companies for quotes on windows for our entire house. Desert King Windows was the second company we called and knew right away we didn’t have to call anywhere else. They were very easy to schedule having someone come out to our house for a quote. Not only did he spend three hours explaining their products so we understood them, but he also demonstrated how 400+ degrees on the out side of the window feels on the inside, it wasn’t even close-it was incredible! We got a price THAT DAY before he left our home. And they stuck to it. They finished the job in a day and were extremely courteous by covering furniture and vacuuming before leaving. They were not sloppy by any means, and the windows are wonderful. We are confident in saying this is a stellar company and we are extremely happy with our purchase with Desert King Windows. We will recommend them for years to come. We will also be ordering a new 10’ sliding glass door from them soon for our back porch! Thanks again to Desert King Windows for proving you truly do get what you pay for.

These friendly hard workers removed original sliding patio door and adjacent window plus a block wall between them and installed a new door with two picture windows basically creating a wall of glass for a beautiful view. They completed the project in two hot July days, including electrical. We couldn't be more pleased!

We like our windows; Greg Johnson was good to work with and Kenny the installer was great as well. We had a little issue with the screens (regular screen and high transparency screen). Greg worked out the issue. There is a small difference between the regular screen and high transparency screen. I'm not sure if it's worth paying for the high transparency screen but we love our windows.

Incredible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!! The first contact was with Aaron when I called to make the appt, I had just been on the phone with another top window company and they were not pleasant, so I was miffed when I got on with Aaron and he was just AWESOME and was incredibly helpful. For the appt, Haeley came out and spent all the time WE wanted (we asked a lot of questions), explained everything and was an absolute to joy to deal with. We have made the purchase to replace the windows and doors, now looking forward to the work getting done!!!! Thank you to both of these individuals!

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. Thank you Superior Glass for the amazing job you did on my windows!

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

Econ Windows did a great job with our front entry window redesign and build. Jason recommended a contractor to do the new framing and they worked seamlessly together to make sure that the job was completed correctly and on time. Jason was meticulous in the install and insured that the job was done perfectly. The new windows look great. We would strongly recommend Econ Windows and Jason for your window needs!

Cannot be more pleased with the results! After getting quotes from four different companies, was referred to Red Rock Windows by a realtor friend. Product selections were same quality level as other companies, yet with referral discount and financing options Red Rock Windows costs were more aligned to my needs compared with the others. Thomas (owner) and his staff were great to work with.
Twenty windows and a sliding glass door were installed in TWO days. Blake and his partner did a fantastic job with installation and were very personable. They were even able to answer my questions about the windows. Appreciated their clean-up efforts. You’d have never known they were there!

We have a rental property in Tempe that has a sliding glass door that was over 35 years old. Needless to say, it no longer slid like it used to. When Mr. Garcia gave me a quote that was 1/4 of the price of a different quote I got, I was suspicious. But he said after he was done it would slide like new. So I let him have the job. He is extremely professional and he did everything he said he would. I would definitely use him again....not just because of the price, but because he knows his stuff and performs.
