They were patient with our myriad of questions, for which we are thankful. Beyond these qualities, we enjoyed the camaraderie and repartee exhibited by the two of them throughout the process.The installation went smoothly and quickly. My wife and I were left with a fresh, modern shower (and NO cleanup required)! We appreciated their ability to keep the dust and chaos to a minimum. The time they spent carefully removing our previous shower as well as concrete work for drain placement certainly caught our attention. I put in that I was looking for windows and was called within the first hour. Very professional crew. I had been quoted out a few places and decided to go with them over a Home Depot and Lowe's since they are local. They were up front about the lead time and stayed in contact with me every time there was an update on my order.

I worked with Jeff and he was very knowledgeable and honest. I would absolutely recommend going with Optum. The Windows came with a warranty (that I hope I never have to use).

Retro Pro did a phenomenal job with our Master Bath and we would use them again for future remodeling and/or recommendations. My husband and I met with Eric and Angela last year to discuss remodeling our very tiny master bath. We wanted to incorporate part of the closet to make room for a tub while also redesign the bathroom to feel more spacious. They were very interested in our ideas while also being up-front with what would work within the space available.

Eric and Angela were patient on deliberating with us. And, after closing in on a final plan we quickly chose our finishes with Angela's help. We had met at our place to take measurements and Angela had gathered information on our tastes for colors, cabinets, countertops etc. She was ready when we came to their shop with options that would fit our style. Because we travel, the work would be done while we were out of town. This worked great for us and everything was done without a hitch. Eric's attention to detail and the ability to articulate the information via texts and phone made communication easy. Additionally, Steve, the production manager and Nestor the project manager were in communication daily with comments and pictures via text. So, we always knew what was happening. The finished product was better than we could have imagined.

We made an appointment with Keith, to come give an estimate to remove old granite and replace with new quartz kitchen countertops. He was so friendly, helpful, funny and courteous. Keith’s estimate to do the work was much better than all others. Every time I had a question, I would either text or call Keith and he was willing to help right away. We decided to go ahead and choose our quartz slabs at MSI through Keith. The process was very simple and smooth. We even had enough quartz from our 2 slabs, so decided to add a new counter to a 2nd bath. Javier and two others came to do the demo and install, they worked quickly and efficiently and did a GREAT JOB. We are VERY pleased and HAPPY having our work done by Serrano’s Surfaces. Our countertops look FABULOUS. Thank you Keith and Javier for working with us. We will highly recommend you to all.

Shannon and his team were very responsive and committed to getting our job done. They worked in an ever changing project without change orders and kept the project moving... they focused on keeping the budget tight and brought solutions to each problem we “encountered” as we peeled the layers of a remodel

Earlier this week we had two windows replaced and the experience was awesome. Due to window failure of an old upper arch window and water damage created by poor sloping on an exterior “pop out“ surrounding the garden style window beneath it, we needed both replaced. We also wanted the exterior pop out removed and the garden window replacement to be flush with the wall to prevent issues in the future. The sales guy I talked to was thorough, had great color suggestion for the frame and responded quickly to email. The two guys who came out to put in the windows were very neat, cleaned up everything thoughtfully and when a concern over existing water damage arose during installation, came up with a solid solution. They bought additional 2x4 and added extra waterproof material to the framing, explaining what was and wasn’t necessary, while listening to our concerns. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the quality of work. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

The work was straightforward but done well and everything was explained. The pricing is very expensive for smaller jobs.
