Best French Windows in Phoenix AZ

We had 6 upstairs windows replaced. They just installed today. When we initially set out to get this project done ultimately we had four quotes desert king being one. They weren't the cheapest and weren't the most expensive but their install method is what sold me plus the warranty and overall sales experience. When Daniel came to give a quote he was polite and professional, listened to what we wanted and showed us what they offered and what would be best for us. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and wasn't pushy at all just gave us a total and told us to let him know if and when we were ready. The fact that they dont retrofit (install over the existing frame) like the others do is what made me choose them. I wanted my windows to look like they had always been there. Now due to covid which is affecting everything it did take a while for the windows to arrive but that was expected and all throughout they kept us informed we weren't left in the dark. Today was the install and the installers were on time and very professional. The greeted me and told me their names then asked me where they were installing. After showing them they got right to work, the covered up everything to protect our items, kept everything super clean during and after. Ultimately we made the right choice i definitely recommend this company.

True View was awesome! Judd was my sales rep, who was patient and very responsive. He worked within my budget to replace all of my single pane windows to energy efficient ones. The installers were prompt, on time and addressed any concerns or questions I had. I got recommended by a friend for his windows and I am glad I listened to him. Great company, great people, very impressed!!

Had a couple glass window panes that broke and Dwayne came out and replaced them same day, within a couple hours of calling. Very glad it was taken care of so quickly!

Just moved here from TN a few months ago; needed new shower doors installed and Gene & Kenzie (and Dreamstyle) were recommended to us. Could not be happier! We have an older home so there is not a square or plumb wall in this house so the working conditions are not ideal. That just gave Kenzie & Gene an opportunity to show off their true craftsmanship skills. Our new doors are fabulous and they were such a joy to work with.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team! Disappointed. They installed windows that don't stay up, and don't stand behind or service the products they sell! The installers pointed this out over a month ago...and still no resolution.

Stay away - they take your money upfront so you have nothing to leverage back when they install a defective product.

When you have problems with an installation, they can't find your records. Even when you show them copy of the check. So be ready to buy a new door after 4 or 5 years.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

John is very professional and extremely workable and understanding of our needs. He made the whole process so easy. The screens look so good, made our house look new again! John did an awesome job and I would definitely recommend Imperial Windows & Sunscreens. I plan to have him replace our windows in the near future. Thanks John!

They have a minimum to buy. This is not a company that you should deal with.

On 7/14/2016, Jason and Derek installed our two sliding glass doors. They both were very good and professional doing the installation, cleaning up afterwards and very polite.
We were very Happy and completely satisfied with the installations and their professionalism. Our 2 doors are very beautiful, and we feel that you have 2 very knowledgeable installers.
