I had two existing sliding doors replaced and they did a phenomenal job of minimizing any damage to the surrounding area as they removed and installed two well-made new sliding doors. They were careful to be neat and clean in the areas they were working in and kept me in the loop about what they were doing the whole way

Found Sunny State Glass through Google and I am so glad I did. Dwayne was responsive and provided the best options to replace a broken window. Came out, took measurements ordered glass. Requires 50% deposit to order, 10 days later he was back to install the window. Very happy with the job and the customer service.

100% recommend this company. Greg is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything from top to bottom and answered all our questions (and we had many). He came out TWO more times to answer our additional questions. We originally only needed an estimate for one window but ended up replacing all of the windows in our home. We interviewed four other companies and we were not impressed with the professionalism we received as they really didn’t want to fuss with one window. We even talked with the other company that sells and installs Infinity from Marvin. I had to ask the sales guy to leave as he wasn’t transparent with his pricing. If you are looking for a professional, honest company this is it!

This is the third time we have used Freelite for windows and skylights since we have owned our home. Great products and the installation on all projects was wonderful. We are so happy with all the projects. We strongly recommend Freelite!!

I love this company!!! Dustin was great. My windows looked awesome and everything was explained step by step through the process. It was completed in the time they set aside for it. I have already referred someone to them!

The Lady that answered the phone was very incompetent. I asked to receive an in home consultation, and she tried to give me an estimate over the phone and at the end told me she could be wrong and does not know. I again asked for an in home consultation to get an accurate estimate. She began asking me questions about the installation and what the home was made out of. I am a long haul truck driver, and I didn't make the house so there for I do not know what it is made of. She was really unprofessional and did not do her job well. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!

Jim who did the consult was very helpful and explained everything about there product. The energy efficiency from warranty, very informative and answered my question.

Travis and his crew were great on time, respectful and informative. They worked hard and in a timely manner cleaned everything up.

Love my new French doors installed by Illumination Window & Door Co. The installers, dry wall, and stucco crew all did a fabulous job. The owner did a good job of replying to my emails, answering my questions, and addressing any concerns I had during the process. I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Working with John was awesome! I was commuting between Phoenix and Charlotte, NC during the time I was doing my research and having the work done and John was great about keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process.

Initially I was looking to replace my front doorsand my slider, but on John's first visit he noticed that my front doors were still in pretty good shape and suggested I look into having them refurbished rather than replaced, even though this meant the lose of a sale for him! He was even able to refer me to someone who was able to do the job!

John did replace my sliding glass doors with french doors and I also had him replace one of my windows while he was there. Both the products and the work provided were excellent! They were very neat and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left.

I will definitely be recommending Imperial Windows to my friends and will most likely be having them replace some additional windows in the future.

the entire crew from the representative thru to the installers were very professional and nice young men and woman. Would recommend this company to everyone needing to replace their windows. They will also take the shades off the windows and replace them after the job is completed.

They have a minimum to buy. This is not a company that you should deal with.

On 7/14/2016, Jason and Derek installed our two sliding glass doors. They both were very good and professional doing the installation, cleaning up afterwards and very polite.
We were very Happy and completely satisfied with the installations and their professionalism. Our 2 doors are very beautiful, and we feel that you have 2 very knowledgeable installers.
