Best French Doors Replacement in Phoenix AZ

We had all of our windows and two sliding doors replaced by Desert King Windows and we could not be happier!! The installation process took less than two days. The technicians were friendly, efficient and even cleaned up when they were done. We would highly recommend Desert King Windows!!

The guys called and said they would be at our house in one half hour which was one hour earlier then quoted at the appointment time, that was great. The installers were all working well together and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. The windows look great and have gotten many compliments, will be interested to see how they block the sun rays once the temperatures hit 100 degrees.

Sketchy beware!!

This company is the best. From the office staff to the installers to their product. We just had windows installed and the installers went above and beyond. They were respectful, nice, and did a great job cleaning up!!

Greg and SI windows was fantastic. They helped me in the design choices for a complete window and door replacement. I was able to compare different ideas for placement, glass type and other features in the planning process to make an informed decision.

The crew was very professional showing up on time, being mindful of what was going on at the house and leaving their work areas thoroughly cleaned.

In total everything was done on time and installed as if it was their own homes.

I'd highly recommend SI windows because of the above reasons and the difference it makes having quality doors and windows in your home. Aesthetically ot looks amazing and i cannot wait to see the benefits of the low e glass and sound dissipating options I went with.

Found LEI at the Home and Garden show. We ended up setting an appointment to come to our home for an estimate on a new steel French Door for our upstairs balcony before the Stay at Home started. Everyone we spoke to in their business was extremely friendly. Dustin brought great examples of their products and was super knowledgeable about what would work best for us we were able to make a decision that same day. The new door was completed ahead of schedule and their installer did a great job, cleaned up after he was finished and it looks great! Dustin came out to check on the project the day of the install. I love our new door and this company. I would use them again and would recommend them if you need windows, doors or roofing. Thanks for the great job!

The installers where awesome, they did Great!
Not the right size, Windows are way to small.
They used plastic 2 “ wide on each side, plus in the Guest room 3” on top and bottom of window, it is a long and narrow window already.
I called a few times, when my rep called back, he said; they could not do more window than the original, they windows are way smaller now.
I wanted for him to come out and look.
He just got upset with me.
I told him, so, I am paying all this money for plastic! They would not even reduce my bill or anything.
People please if you purchase windows and they do not look the right size right away, complain then!

From our initial meeting with the project consultant, Ryan, scheduling the install (I wish I got her name) to the install with Jesse , Konrad, Rafael and Andrew we are over the moon happy with the service and product. The entire Renewal by Anderson team is polite, courteous and professional. Excited about our new windows, they look great!

Cory Golvin and Ridge Clark did a fantastic job for us. They were prompt, responsive, professional and always answered every one of our questions. We just had the project completed and, even with pets and kids out on summer break, were able to stay on schedule and provide an amazing experience. We will definitely be going back for future projects.

The fact that it took 4 times and 18 months to get my windows correct. Can I also add that I was fined from my HOA because of it as well for not being in compliance. I think that says enough.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Great experience with Imperial windows. Very helpful and great to work with. Windows are dirty in thos picture because we are still under construction, but we are super happy with them.

We have used this company twice now and have been very satisfied with the service each time. They make choosing your window very easy as well as providing the price up front. The installation process always goes smoothly and the installers are very nice. Dan & Kage did a great job installing my sliding door. This is the second sliding door that they’ve installed for me and I am more than pleased with the quality of work and the doors themselves.

I called two times she hung up twice

We had broken a window during a remodel and had to have it replaced. We chose them in October 2020 as the sales person said they could do it quickly since he has an order with a builder, and to make sure everything matches in the space since they had aluminum frames, we ordered 5 total windows and a double sliding door to replace a window and a door. In late January/early February they were finally out to do it as they had some issues with the manufacturer getting them windows, and there was no communication from RemodAZ with updates until we started to hound them. 12 weeks after anticipating 8 weeks, and had to put our flooring install on hold since the door changed the wall line a bit.

The installation was a horrible 5 day ordeal, shoddy new framing work leaving doors and windows being out of plumb/tweaked so they are really hard to open and close, my family won't even use one side of the slider. They also broke the new window during install which was the replacement for the one we broke that started this all, but they assured me they ordered the window on the spot, there are gaps in the aluminum frames on some of the windows and the paint is horrible. These windows and doors seemed to miss Quality Control altogehter. About a month after install, they sent someone out from the glass company who confirmed they were installed incorrectly, but just sprayed some silicon lubricant and did no thing with the frame elements that were supposed to be replaced with the slider due to paint defects and operation, nor the broken glass. Then nothing from them until May when Anna let me know they could not get the aluminum any longer which is months after it was ordered, but could replace in Vinyl. I told her they would all need to be replaced to match, but she couldn't respond as she was just the messenger, I asked to talk to someone who could actually make decisions for the company.

Continued silence for another month, then I get a message from Anna saying Tammy is coming out with the glass guy to finish on June 16'th, which was confirmed between 10 and 1, and on the 16th no one came out - no call no show. We were home so this was not a missed connection. On June 22nd I get a message from Anna threatening to take me to court for not being able to finish. I still don't have my kitchen together since the window still needs to be replaced. They have made no effort on their end and don't come out when they 'confirmed' they would. I reiterated that they need to have someone. I had to fix problems they created by not doing the drywall and electrical work correctly. I replied to the text saying someone who can make decisions would need to contact me, now in text as clearly everything should be in writing, and no response yet.

I would not recommend RemodAZ, my house is still not done and we still have a broken window, but they are constantly delaying and now threatening when this 8 week project turned into 9 months, all for 5 windows and a door.
