We had 15 windows and two sliders replaced by Desert king. Daniel the sales manager was very informative and knowledgeable. He was very responsive during the ordering process. The installers David and Donovan were awesome and did an amazing job installing our windows. Our house looks like a new home, can’t wait to see how much cooler it is this summer. Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful

Excellent service. They came on time period only problem was it Lee problem was that I noticed a slightly bent frame while installing a replacement window and and they could not find a replacement latch for my windows which was disappointing.

From beginning to end, Craig was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. My historic home presented a slightly unconventional situation, but without trouble, he was able to install a new door and correct the issues. He delivered exactly what I had asked for, and gave suggestions along the way to ensure I would be happy with the finished product. Craig’s pricing was more than fair and his contract was clean and easy to understand. I was so happy with the door and the service, I am hiring him to replace my front door next! Highly recommended.

Update 11/4/21: Its unfortunate that this company cannot take ownership of the fact that they made a mistake by their response here. They, in fact, did accomodate me by making a Saturday appointment - but forgot about it (as I have voicemails to backup my claim)!! So glad we didn't move forward with them.

When researching different companies for full window replacement in our home, I was excited by this company’s great reviews. Made an appointment for a quote one month in advance due to my tight work schedule. Called the night before my appointment to confirm. Glad that I did because my appointment was lost, the owner planned a trip to Vegas and no one else could come out to see me. Perhaps this company has great windows, but the service didn’t appear great. Needless to say this put a bad taste in my month and we moved onto a different company that has been extremely accommodating.

Freelite provided new windows throughout our client's home. We are a general contractor. Freelite was a subcontractor. Their installers are stellar. The lead installer is customer focused and properly trained. They left the jobsite clean. We highly recommend Freelite for new windows for homes.

The entire process with Red Rock window and door was top notch. He stuck to his estimate and got the door and frame installed in the time agreed. Thomas's recommendations were spoken like a true professional who knows the business, and we went with everything he suggested. We originally wanted to replace the wood door with another wood door, but he explained why a composite door and frame would be a better choice because of the durability of the composite material. The door and Fram are no installed and painted, and we couldn't be happier. Red Rock should be your first call for any window or door work

We have been very pleased with the LEI Window team. Our sales person Brennen was great to work with and Dustin Barron has stepped in to help answer any questions and concerns we had in the beginning. We had previously worked with another window company, however LEI's quote was significantly less, and so it was much easier to finish our project. The install went very smoothly, and the team was very friendly. So far we can tell a big difference in outside noise reduction. We are hoping to see reduction in AC costs next summer. I am also hoping that with the sealing around the windows, we will have less dust. We enjoy having the windows open, now that it is cooling down (they are very easy to operated). I recommend this company and thank you for working with all my questions.

The windows themselves are beautiful. The crew that did the installation were efficient and friendly. However, the customer service is awful. I understand a long manufacturing turnaround time, but it far exceeded the timeframe on the contract with no communication whatsoever from the salesman or the back office, despite my multiple requests for an update. It took me threatening legal action in order for the installation to be scheduled. After I threatened to retain a lawyer, the windows magically showed up on the next delivery truck. When it came time to install they realized one of the windows had been mismeasured by the salesman and would need to be reordered. I waited patiently again with zero communication. I talked to 3 people at the local office, all of which said they would call me back that day and never did. One person did mention there were no updates anywhere in my file. After threatening again, the scheduler finally called to schedule installation. My window appeared like magic again! My windows look fantastic, but for such an expensive job I would have expected a little more communication. I never even received an apology for any of the delays, the mismeasured window, or the lack of callbacks multiple times.

Cody was very professional. He made sure we understood everything and double checked to make sure everything would be as we wanted. You have a great employee!

I am a local insurance broker that sends all of my glass claims to Universal Glass. They are very responsive and don't leave any job unfinished. Try them out!

Dreamstyle remodeling was a DREAM!Super efficient process, from start to finish.I had a small shower/bathtub converted into a walk in shower for my mom. She can now sit on an ample bench and shower w plenty of room around her.The guys that did the remodeling are Nathan G. and Mark H., super efficient, knowledgeable, worked very clean and above all professional and nice.Thank you guys for finishing in 2 days !

Attempted multiple times to contact and schedule a quote for 2 weeks with no answer/call-back. No indication on their website or voicemail that they are either out for the holidays or closed, or providing some other reasoning. I would not trust any work be completed by this company if they can't even return a simple phone call.

Illumination co installed a folding patio door as well as two sets of French doors for me as part of our remodel. I can’t say enough about how easy the process was. The crew was always on time! (This is so important to me, I do not have time sitting around for people to show up), they were all friendly and cleaned up after the job was done.
The doors are amazing! I wasn’t too sure about the style we choose but Josh in the showroom was right! We are very happy. The best part of all this is illumination wasn’t the highest quote so we really feel like we felt w a local, professional and honest group. Thanks guys!

They have a minimum to buy. This is not a company that you should deal with.

Sent in an information form to Anderson and received a call right back. Seems Good...Think not. Customer Service Rep was going to send me an catalog via email and have someone call me for an in home appointment. Neither happened so I called Pella and am moving in that direction. Guess they have more business then they need.

DO NOT use this company defrauding consumers out of their money, and either not starting or completing work. Featured in local AZ news for these reasons, Google/YouTube them!!
