I am extremely pleased with my new windows and sliding glass door. The service from sales to install and follow up were great. There was no pressure from the salesman, Frank, and he had answers to all my questions. James, who came to my home for measuring was quick and very respectful. David and Donovan did the installation and were very professional and polite. They worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. From start to finish everyone I had contact with seemed to care about their work and providing good customer service. I would recommend Desert King to anyone looking for excellent quality and service.

Customer service was awesome from scheduling the install to the techs actually completing the job. We had all our windows replaced and the installers were on time, courteous and professional. They really cared about the quality of the install process. The windows have made a huge difference in noise reduction from outside as well as improved our energy home effeciency. Victor was great! On time, quality work, courteous and neat.

We needed the glass in a large living room window replaced and called several other window companies for estimates. Those vendors said they would not replace window glass only but needed to replace the entire window. DWayne at Sunny State glass came out, and confirmed he could replace the glass.
Ten days later the glass was ready and the the installation occurred the following day. My husband and I were impressed by the professional and timely service and would recommend Sunny State Glass to anyone wanting a reasonably priced, competent vendor.

From start to finish, we were most impressed with Greg Johnson and SI Windows! He handled the paperwork with our HOA, their installers were very professional and excellent about keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up. So i attempted to have an in-home quote but they will not come out until I have a contractor tell me the cost of my demo which wouldnt influence their pricing obviously. All I wanted was a quote on their service and materials for a 10+ foot accordion style patio door as well as 5-7 other large windows for my house. Their sales guy just flat out didnt want to come out to take a look and give a quote ven after scheduling a time and day for it. So now he just wants me to come into the showroom on my own time but the point of an in home estimate was to see the actual site since I know what I want. This makes it much more inconvenient for me.Cant say this company was that excited for my business. Never heard of a company canceling an in-home quote.The 2nd star was because the person was cordial.Per the owners response below: I had specs and a very specific idea of what we wanted/needed, my wife had already told me to start with the specifics with a company ie: she told me to reach out and make the decisions. Whether I have chosen a contractor or not is immaterial as I was looking to purchase materials from Lifetime. 22k later I am happy with my decision to go with Pella and I recommend them highly.

Tried calling several times because I needed a window replaced but the phone just rang and rang. They happened to be right near me so I drove by their address and the business that's there is Diamond Granite??? Obviously I went elsewhere.

The service was excellent would highly recommend service to anyone. Had my C250 Mercedes passenger window repaired in under 2 hours. Appreciate how quickly they got the job done.

Unfriendly

One of their drivers was a maniac in Gilbert this afternoon. Gunning it at every light. Braking late. Had the nerve to honk his horn because I didn’t run a yellow arrow with no visibility into oncoming traffic. Driving well over 10 mph above the speed limit.

The crew that came out to install our new windows was excellent and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for window replacement.

The window install is finished and the final results are satisfactory. The installation went OK, but Lasting Impressions ran short of workers during the process and a few days there were not enough people to perform some of the heavy lifting. Removal of the old windows left more of gap in the old stucco on the outside that I was hoping, but the old windows were installed in a manner may have contributed to that. The crew did an OK job repairing the stucco and sealing the gap, though ... so all is well in the end.

There was more dust raised than I hoped. The crew did place plastic around the window opening during the phase where they made some cuts, but still a lot of dust. On the inside wood floors, the crew did not place enough protective coverings down and some minor scratches and foot traffic with caulking compound were evident on the wood floors ... but, we were able to clean it up OK. But the crew could have done a better job placing protective covering down.

Overall, Lasting Impressions provided a good price for the windows and with the exception of taking longer to do the install than originally estimated (due to manpower shortages), the experience was good. With a bit more care protecting flooring, I would raise the rating a notch.
