Was recommended by a coworker and had a person come out for a quote. She (the owner’s daughter) was not very professional and not at all prepared for the in home quote/consultation. She was not rude or anything at all just did not seem very knowledgeable about the product and was not able to answer detailed questions we had. Decided to go with another company because my vibe felt off.

The two gentlemen that installed doors on our home today did an excellent job! They were professional and very polite. Did everything they could to make it a great experience. The doors are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. I just can't say enough good about the whole experience.

My husband and I were very pleased with the whole process of choosing these windows.I contacted Lifetime Window and Doors to have a salesman give us a quote. Chris Bird came down the next morning. At that time we were only going to replace our patio door. As we talked I knew that LifeTime was running a discount, but I didn’t know that you could get 24 months no interest if paid in full by the end of 24 months. Once we heard that we decided to have Chris quote on the whole house. We are so happy that we did. It was a noticeable difference right away inside the house with the new windows. We ordered the windows in May and they were installed July 6th.The communication with the home office was always very clear and concise. Mary and Shaylan were constantly sharing current updates on the status of our new windows.Jose and Jacob were are installer. Chris said that it could take 1 1/2 days to install with three men. It took Jose and Jacob 1 day to install 7 large windows plus our new patio door.We went with the Anlin Windows which are vinyl and love them. I am pleased that we have a LifeTime Warranty on our Windows and Patio Door as well as this screens.The Anlin Company knows how to make Windows for the Arizona hot temperatures that keep the heat out of the house. That’s what they specialize in!! You get what you pay for!!

My husband and I love our new Krasiva windows. No more hot air, sand or water seeping into the windows. Love looking out of the windows as they are clear and yet do not let the sun fade or heat up the room. Would recommend Krasiva windows to everyone. Workmanship and installers of the highest caliber.

Freelite has been incredibly good to work with. Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.
I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.
I have the highest regard for Freelite and it's employees.
I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.

Jason from ECON windows is one of the best! He is professional, keeps the customer informed, prompt and very personable. He makes sure everything is perfect and the customer is satisfied before accepting payment. His attention to detail is amazing and something I wish all contractors would adhere to. We had all of our windows replaced and a sliding glass door the salesman was great and the installers did a great job and the pricing was very good. We are very happy with our windows and would recommend window world to anyone who needs new windows or doors.

When I got to work we discovered that a window had been damaged. I called Red Rock Windows and Doors to come to my office building. I requested for someone to give me an estimate for the window that needed to be replaced. Thomas answered my call and was very polite and professional. He answered all of my questions and concerns about replacing the window.
I told him about another issue that we had, there was dirt entering a suite from under a window. Thomas checked the other windows in question and immediately told me that my seals on the bottom of the windows were not there. He was able to come up with a solution to fix it . He was able to provide a quote, ordered the window, and scheduled an appointment with no hassle. I did not feel pressure to use Red Rock Windows and Doors and the price quote was very acceptable. I saw the effort and respect that was given to the office staff and other tenants that are sharing the building. I hired this company not just for the customer service that I was receiving, but the quality of product that was offered. The window installer was prompt, polite, introduced himself and his assistant. They were able to complete the install and re-sealing 20 windows in the time frame that was given. After the work was completed the gentlemen came into my suite and stated that the job had been completed. This was a very pleasant experience.

Josh A and Big Al replaced 4 old windows with more efficient ones. They were both very friendly and easy to talk too. They did an amazing job installing and making the windows secure and sealed. They are very good at what they do, when I decide to replace more windows I will definitely request them both.

Eugene and Eli did an amazing job on our shower! I can't recommend them enough. They're some great guys and the work they do is beautiful.

I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i can't recommend them.

Great place! I needed a simple cut and I got it in just a few minutes. I even screwed up my measurements and they helped me out without the extra cost for my error. It's not the closest place to me or the most convenient from my location, but this is the only place I'll buy glass from.

Just needed one piece of tempered glass cut to a custom size. They had it within a week and were very nice to work with even though it was a very small order. Thank you.

Had these gentlemen in the house today. They did a great job and for a great price. Service like this is hard to find! I will definetly be using Stellar in the future.
