Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

Service Tech, Leo, arrived ahead of schedule, presented in a professional manner, identifying himself and clarifying the purpose of our call for service. He then gathered the appropriate tools and I led him to where he could access the system to check it out.
Now, in my 6+ decades on the planet, I've been in various types of service businesses, where customer service is of utmost importance. I also happen to know a thing, or two about Air-Conditioning and HVAC, but am not now licensed to service them. Because of these facts, some might say I am Tough when it comes to 'vetting' service techs. (I have invited more than one to leave)
I simply expect a service Tech to Know what they're doing, and to be Professional about their doing it. Leo and AzPerfectComfort.com exceeded expectations. I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Love when trusting my gut leads to companies like Baikal Mechanical. Very good chance I’ll be a repeat customer of theirs eventually.

I called today to schedule maintenance in which a previous diagnostic service was completed by the company. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the diagnostic fee I paid a couple months earlier would be applied toward the cost of the maintenance. I was called by a lady from the company a few hours later and told that the gentleman I had spoken to was incorrect and the diagnostic fee would not be applied because 30 days have passed since the diagnostic was completed. I indicated that that had not been communicated when the diagnostic service had been completed and the fee paid. The lady indicated she would speak to her manager and call me back. When the lady called me back, she stated that the manager would not honor the diagnostic fee being applied toward the maintenance cost, nor would she honor the price that I had been quoted several hours earlier from the other employee at the company. Moreover, she stated I now had to pay half the price of the upcoming service in advance. Needless to say I canceled the appointment, as I have no intent of working with a dishonest company that changes policies and procedures based on the conversation at that particular moment.

I had a complete install of a new Heating /AC unit as mine died in the heat of the summer. I really like their Professionalism and the fast response. Great front office and very good technicians. I highly recommend Preferred Air .

Denis was our technician today and man, this guy was just awesome! He was so polite and went above and beyond. This is the second year we’ve used Howard Air’s bi-yearly maintenance program. We’ve not had any issues their service!

This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. B3 refrigeration was the only HVAC who was willing to come over in order to install a solid state contactor that I bought as our old one was making a lot of noise when engaging.

Other companies didn't know about that or weren't familiar with it and plainely refused to do it or wanted to install a old style.

B3 sent Tim over and even though he never installed one before he was smart enough to figure it out and installed it in no time while explaining what he was doing.

I'm a DIY person and I was thrilled on how he explained things and we had a good talk while he installed the contactor.

Summer is almost over now and the new contactor acted like a champ.

Nick was my technician he was very quick to respond to my service call , He ended up replacing my compressor to my AC Unit, all in the same day . I called two other companies to come out and give me an estimate on the same issue and Arizona pro service came out to be cheaper than the other two companies and they gave me a quicker turnaround time on replacement as well . I recommended this company to four other friends and family members and they took very good care of all their AC problems this summer, they all called me back to talk to me on how great this AC company was on their pricing and how quickly they got their AC working .We all are happy with this companies work performance & how quick they responded . You'd be well served in hiring this firm to handle your hvac needs! Ulisses is very thorough, competent, patient, and above all honest. I found this firm via Facebook, and am in the process of collecting bids to changeout a 4 ton split heatpump. My installation presents couple of unique challenges, and Ulisses has been very wise in layout and addressing options. I've seen his work and it is excellent! Very refreshing to see in a world served by mostly corner cutting, overpriced hacks. His changeouts re-use what's practical, but replace everthing that is otherwise tired. His pricing is among the best you'll find too! Also look at his bid sheet! He delivers much more for your $ in his changeouts than most. You'd pay well over double for comparable services performed by the big bow tie corporate van guys!

David came out after I had scheduled an appointment for an energy audit. We purchased a home in 2018, that was built in 2017. Unfortunately I don't believe the original owner had an owners home inspection conducted upon acceptance of the home. In our energy audit it was noted a few items not installed per code. However back to overall audit, very thorough and professionally done. We received a detailed report the following week which provided some recommended solutions and some optional solutions dependent on what we hoped to achieve. We wanted the ductwork sealed, additional insulation (lift & fill) and revised air intake grills installed to improve the efficiency of the air flow.
David and his team come out as scheduled and was able to knock out all the modifications and improvements within the day. Long day but very thorough. I would highly recommend David and his team.
