Crew showed up little later than we were told, no biggie except it made them stay little later. Guys worked butt off and seemed to take care of my stuff and cause very minimal damage while removing windows (expected). Had what they said was a tougher than normal time removing old windows made whole thing take little more than 10 hours. When I first asked they said finish about 3 or 4 but didn’t until just after 6:30. Hard to schedule family dinner around that. Still not a great big deal but ending up rushing up the finishing work, caulking, cleaning up of windows and outside was not great. Inside home clean up was pretty good.

Asked me to look it over to fix anything prior to leaving, only found little screen damage, received call the next day to schedule repair.

We couldn't be happier with the crew and the workmanship - the guys cleared away every trace of debris and even helped put the patio table back. The 18-foot wall of telescoping sliding doors doubled our living space, and was installed within two days. Today is January 31st and the doors have been open all day ~ this is why we moved from Seattle to Arizona. Many thanks to the Energy Shield Window & Door Company, we're thrilled!

Pricing seemed fair given other competitors. Windows are high quality, and worked to ensure all precautions were taken. Big shoutout to Dustin, my installer. He did a phenomenal job and was very courteous. Very happy with my experience with AZ Valley Windows!

We started with another company installing Marvin windows on our house. What a disaster that was! To do the remainder of the windows we hired SI Windows. What a difference a great company makes installing a great window. They even fixed installation mistakes by the other company. Thank you SI Windows and Greg!

I enjoyed working with Jason from beginning to end. What a wonderful and professional company! He more then exceeded my expectations! He does what he says and goes beyond as if this was being installed on his house. I have nothing but praise for this company and would recommend it to everyone. We saved a bunch on the windows and are 110% satisfied!

My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.

Had our windows replaced with triple panes. What an amazing difference!! The staff are professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company hands down! Great job!

The entire experience start to finish was perfection. Joe our Job Coordinator was spot on with all the answers he provided. The product itself exceeds our expectations, we can’t hear noise outside, our house like brand new. We couldn’t be happier. Our install crew led by Wryder was polite, professional, clean, and detail oriented. I recently had a car drive plow into my office and destroy not only several glass panels but an entire aluminum frame section. Universal has alway done a great job replacing the windshields for my personal autos but I was not sure if they could tackle this job. Robert personally came out to inspect the damage and his team did a great job replacing the aluminum frame and installing the glass panels. Even with on going industry supply chain issues , Robert’s team was able to source the repair items needed and kept me updated on every step of the repair process. I am very satisfied with the results.

We contracted Dreamstyle for a shower remodel at my mom’s house, and didn’t hesitate to contact them when we wanted to replace both our master shower and convert the guest bathtub to a shower. April was great with the initial measuring, product selection and contract. Two teams came in over a two-day period and completed both projects beautifully. Arturo C., Scott Wilcox and Robert H. transformed the master bathroom into a light and modern space. Nathan Garcia worked tirelessly, and he and Eddie G. created a beautiful, bright, safe and modern shower for our guests. We are appreciative of the work ethic demonstrated by both teams and are looking forward to product arrival for the conversion of another bathtub to shower.

I’m from NY and recently purchased a condo in Scottsdale to use in the winter. While doing some interior renovations I decided to replace all the windows & sliding doors. Lasting Impressions was recommended to me by a neighbor and I couldn’t be happier with the job that they performed. Worst customer service ever!I called to get a quote, then told them I would call back. I called back and was told that someone would call me back to set up a time. We'll that didn't happen so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, I called them and an appointment was set for 4/14/16 between 12-5. Come Thursday NO ONE came. I called and they said they called at the noon hour to verify but since they couldn't intouch with me, they did not show up because: This was an actual quote They didn't know if someone would be at the house, and they didn't want to go because it was out of THEIR way? I was supposed to get a call this morning and still no call from the managers. No way will I ever call or use or recomend to anyone them.

We had new shower doors put in 3 bathrooms. Phil showed up when he said he would, did a fantastic job and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Very professional company. I will be referring them to all of my friends and family.
