We just had our SunPower system activated and were pleased and impressed with the entire process--from the great job Greg did of talking us through options and explaining everything, to Saul who managed the project with clarity and was incredibly responsive. My most high recommendation.

Overall very happy with the experience using Rooftop Solar, after just finishing installing a 12.6kW system in Phoenix. Everyone was great to talk to, happy to answer questions, and was upfront (and accurate) about the timeline for the process from start to finish. The sales process also didn't feel high-pressure like some of the other companies we got estimates from, which I really appreciated; they let us go at our own pace making the decision, and Dale was great about answering follow-up questions. The only small issue was there were a couple small details where we were told one thing during the sales process (regarding gate access and what size system our current circuit box would support), then got a different answer when we were going forward with the actual site review for the install. The adjustments needed because of this weren't anything major, but there was no reason not to have had the accurate information from the start. Even with that small hiccup though, I would definitely use them in the future if we ever need solar at a different house!

Update:
After completing first year still very happy with Aneva solar.System is functioning well and production of Kilowatt energy was exactly amount they predicted. Follow up on my questions during the year was done quickly. Post instillation service is excellent, they didn't forget me after the sale. Hard to find a business like this these days.

Aneva Solar provided clear understandable explanation of solar energy and their products. I received a detailed estimate that was accurate and easy to understand. They use the highest quality products (from my research). Job was completed on time and after using the system for few months it is flawless. One thing that impressed me was Aneva's well trreated employees who were professional and well trained, This may seem silly but I noticed their trucks were very clean, it tells you a lot about a company who has pride in their own equipment and treats employees well. Simply the best.

Tesla Solar were great to work with. They went out of their way to get us any information we wanted and did not try to sell us more than we needed. They took care of all the permits, were here when they said they would be, and were professional throughout the process.

We ordered two of their skylights through Home Depot. We have five others from them that we've been impressed with. When we got our shipment in, one of them was damaged. I called Christian at their office in Arizona and within two business days they had me a new one.

These guys make a very good product, at a very good price and have...very good customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a very good tubular skylight.

UPDATE TO MY PREVIOUS REVIEW: We got permission to operate on 8/2/22. In the beginning our account manager was calling me weekly (as promised) with updates. After the loan processed and my solar panels were installed, all communication stopped. Since 8/10/22 one panel was not producing/working. After leaving numerous calls/messages, I do not get return calls or responses to my concerns. I have had at least 5 account managers handling my account. As of now, I have no idea who that person is any longer because they change so much and do not communicate. Nobody seems to hold any accountability on their end. My one panel was FINALLY fixed on 9/28/22 after so many calls on my end to get it done. The same day a second panel malfunctioned, and I informed them the same day...today is 10/22/22, and still no response or estimated time frame this will be fixed. My calls to supervisors, leads make no difference. My calls are hardly returned, my concerns are notated but again there is no answers. I would not recommend this company in the future. Your company really needs to work on communication and resolving issues and time frames instead of ignoring us. This has been by far the worst customer service experience I have had.
