I called Ram Jack of Arizona because we had several cracks in our ceiling and garage. I paid them to perform a foundation survey and provide an assessment for repair options at a very reasonable price. I worked with Brian and it was truly an invaluable experience. Brian was professional, honest, and explained everything in great detail. I learned a lot (as a first-time home buyer) throughout the process and how to protect our foundation from water damage. Luckily, our foundation is in great shape minus needing a stem patch on two areas of our home. I HIGHLY recommend Ram Jack and believe more people should have their foundations inspected before a small problem turns into a big one!

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). I had this same product used at our home in ND on our garage floor. So when I wanted my patio done in AZ I asked the company in ND (EPIC) if the could find a company that used the same product. Galaxy came up and I game them a call! From that point on I have received outstanding service at a reasonable cost. Michelle came out and measured the patio area and shot me a price! I agreed and then Kari took over and set up a date. We had to reschedule because of weather and 4 days later my patio was done! The team of Emmanuel, Nacho and Jesse did an outstanding job and answered all my questions etc. The patio turned out beautiful and I am pleased with the quality of work.
One big reason for getting this product is the 15 year warrant.

Desert Floor Coatings completed our first project 13 years ago this March. This father-son team are professional and let you know if your project will be delayed due to weather or other unforeseeable circumstances. Our garage floor and patio look excellent, next is a driveway project.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
