Best Custom Window in Phoenix AZ

Crew showed up little later than we were told, no biggie except it made them stay little later. Guys worked butt off and seemed to take care of my stuff and cause very minimal damage while removing windows (expected). Had what they said was a tougher than normal time removing old windows made whole thing take little more than 10 hours. When I first asked they said finish about 3 or 4 but didn’t until just after 6:30. Hard to schedule family dinner around that. Still not a great big deal but ending up rushing up the finishing work, caulking, cleaning up of windows and outside was not great. Inside home clean up was pretty good.

Asked me to look it over to fix anything prior to leaving, only found little screen damage, received call the next day to schedule repair.

I highly recommend this company! I LOVE my new windows and sliding glass door. I went from the original windows of my home to brand new energy efficient windows and what a difference!! They look amazing and they even reduce some of the outside noise. The two guys that came to install my windows were incredible! They were professional and did a great job! I still can't believe how good my windows and door look and I wonder why I didn't get them sooner.

After researching and visiting 5 companies, we chose Az Valley Windows for our whole house project. Brian came out and was very thorough and knowledgeable in a non pressure way.

Our very large bay windows needed attention due to leaks that come into play during monsoon season. We were pleased with the experience of the estimator. Shane and Brady arrived as scheduled, carefully set about their work and completed the job with confidence. We'll be calling on True View in the future for other window needs.

We called Duarte Glass yesterday evening to come for a quote and they showed up within 2 hours to measure our broken window!! Fast forward 24 hours and our window is fixed!! Thank you for fixing this so quickly! We should have called Duarte Glass months ago instead of waiting on this other company for over 42 days now.

Our experience with K&J in putting in a kitchen picture window (2 corner windows) was near perfect! Salesman Tony carried himself well and came for a 2nd visit to answer questions my wife had. Each of the scheduled times by him and the installers was fulfilled as expected. The Simonton windows they put in the kitchen are awesome and my very detail-minded wife loves them! Installation crew was fast, professional and courteous. FYI - Simonton Windows (manufacturer) is very highly rated with a double lifetime warranty - the best in the business as far as I could tell. All this with the total cost a good deal less than Anderson or Pella (and with a better warranty)! Very highly recommended.

From start to finish, we were most impressed with Greg Johnson and SI Windows! He handled the paperwork with our HOA, their installers were very professional and excellent about keeping the mess to a minimum and cleaning up. We love our new bedroom window and the very large slider in the living room! We highly recommend SI Windows and Infinity by Marvin, superior product!

They have a high priced door but you receive what you pay for. Service is great, doors are great quality and look amazing. The family owned feel is really obvious by the attention to detail and responsiveness. Would recommend!

FAST QUICK AND EASY AND EFFECTIVE

I give Krasiva 5 stars!! Any time I hire someone to do work at my house, I always stress about who they will send to do the work. I have had the worst experience. I have to say I was THRILLED with the Krasiva staff. The gentlemen that installed my windows were the absolute best. They were professional, courteous, and they even cleaned up after themselves. Our windows are beautiful, high quality, and installed with minimal touch up. If you are looking for new windows this is the group to hire.

I would avoid this business at all costs. My experience consisted of the following:

- The salesperson, Tom, lied about the order deadline and delivery time. He said that if I placed my order on a Monday or Tuesday they would have my three windows by the following Monday or Tuesday. The order was placed midday Tuesday. Tom emailed a week later, when I was expecting to receive the windows, saying that I had not supplied payment for the deposit by the deadline. He first lied saying the deposit was paid a day later than it actually was. I told him to check the dates on our email thread, at which point he said he was new and didn’t know when the manufacturer’s deadline was. Not until I repeatedly expressed my dissatisfaction was any type of apology provided. The result was that my order would not arrive until the following Thursday, so it went from a week for delivery to three weeks.

- The rep from the window manufacturer contacted me later to inform me that the order had arrived, but Tom had placed it for the wrong windows. This resulted in a new order having to be placed, which of course delayed delivery another week.

- I was under the impression that I was paying a 50% deposit, and that the remainder would be collected upon delivery of the order. I was actually charged the full amount AND the salesperson Tom failed to add tax to the original quote. Calculating tax and adding it to a quote seems pretty elementary, and it’s fundamental in managing customer expectations. This is apparently not practiced at Freelite, though.

Perhaps they have just one dishonest and incompetent salesperson. Regardless, these types of business practices should absolutely not be supported.

Will never do business with them again and, of course, would never recommend them.

Truly exceptional service! Jason did such a great job on our window. He kept in touch with us throughout on when he would be there, and had the work done in the timeline as promised. He came highly recommended to us, and I can see why. Very reasonable pricing also. Thank you Jason!

I needed 7 windows replaced in a condo I had just purchased. I am from Wisconsin and needed a recommendation from my real estate agent. She recommended Jeff Miller and Red Rock windows. I could not be any more pleased. They came out to measure on time. They gave me everything in detail to submit to my HOA for review and approval. They gave me a date the windows were supposed to arrive 6 weeks later and that’s exactly when they came in. Installation was set up right away a couple days later and the removal of the old windows and the install of the new windows went flawless. They foam insulated, caulked the inside edges, repaired all the stucco exterior around each window . I am in the new home construction buisiness in Wisconsin and I know when something is done right and these guys were true pros. Thank you so much for a great price and great job.

Great quality, great experience from start to finish!

My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.

It was a very pleasant experience from the sales to the installation. Dustin (sales) went above and beyond helping me move furniture and take down blinds. The installation crew was punctual, polite and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. I would definitely recommend.
