I scheduled an appointment via text with Leslie for 3/24/22 at 9a. 24 hrs prior to my appointment, I sent a follow-up message to confirm my appointment and never received a response. I sent an additional follow-up 12 hours prior, after never getting a response.

When no one came at 9a, I called the number and the person I spoke was unsure why the appointment was not upheld. I asked to speak to Leslie before going forward with additional scheduling.

I received a message from Leslie claiming they didn’t finalize the appointment because I did not send my “detailed information for the appointment”. I was never asked to provide further information, which I would have been more than happy to do when scheduling.

Leslie then called me and claimed that she didn’t see my message because she “gets 100s of calls a day”. I was then told “we can go back and forth on why this happened, or you can get rescheduled”. Personally, a company without efficient communication is not someone I am interested in doing business with.

We have used Queen of Maids several time and have had nothing but positive results.
They show up on time, do a wonderful job cleaning and the communication is Great. We would recommend them highly.

They are accommodating because they ask what jobs you'd like done to the home, what supplies are okay with you to use, and they wore shoe coverings to ensure they didn't track anything into your home. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to do a deep clean of your home. I'll be calling them again when its time for another cleaning. Thank you!!

Which he never does but state 48 cleaning services came in and took a look at my travertine tile and cleaned it by the time they’re done it looked like day one brand new I was blown away with quality of the work I would definitely recommend these guys again next week they’re coming to do a deep cleaning of my house super excited

I have a small 1400sq condo. They charged me $770 for 2 hours of cleaning and he didn’t even move the couch to clean under the couch. It is still dirty and dusty underneath the couch and he claims he spent an hour cleaning the couch however, there is still dog hair everywhere. I complained and he just argued back with me saying he “would not leave until he is paid” I do not recommend this service to anyone and I will never use them again.
The ladies did a nice job and were charged the right amount.

I had them come out to clean my tile and one small little spot on my carpet where a friends dog peed. The carpets looked great for a week and then the area where the spot was is not gray (my carpet is white). They also deep cleaned my tile but what ever they put on the tile took the finish off of my composite floor. I called them back out and he said he didn't do it. I will never ever use them again and I recommend that you don't select them. I would have been better off not doing anything because everything looks worse now.

Are always on time and are great at communicating. They work quickly and do a good job.

Stratus cleans at my office and they are the best cleaning company we have had. They are good to be here everyday plus they do a good job. If we ever have any issues they are good to fix them right away.

I must say, truthfully, Health Point Cleaning Solutions is the best company I have worked for. It has been a life changing experience in a positive way and I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful of all the help and assistance I have received along this journey.
