Best Installation Window in Phoenix AZ

Energy Shield was good company to deal with. The model 3404 window glass and frames were good quality and installed by Kevin and Enoch. I would recommend Energy Shield for window installation.

Receptionist was very rude and disrespectful

Had a small basement egress window replaced and everything was great. Called/emailed before arrival, everything was on time and as expected. Convenient, cost effective. Everyone we dealt with was awesome, Brandon the installer, Julie the coordinator... No complaints, definitely recommend for window replacement, big or small.

The work was amazing! Very happy with our new windows and sliding glass door. Craig was very responsive, even with our HOA requiring multiple adjustments to the contract. Kris was professional and friendly as he was doing the work. Definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future!

When we moved into our home we knew that there were 3 windows that needed to be replaced. The seals were broken and the screens were a mess.
After meeting at the home show we had Greg from Marvin come out and look at what we wanted to replace. He gave us great advice and good education on the differences in windows. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions! Was patient with all of our decision making as well!!
When installation came I was nervous about how this would work on a stucco house. Kenny, the installer was amazing. He was conscientious of the dust created and protected the house from it. He worked quickly and kept the work space clean. He insulated all around the windows and caulked beautifully. It was truly a very professional job.
The windows are amazing, cool to the touch when it is 112 outside I can feel the difference in my office dramatically. It makes such a huge difference and it is a great feeling knowing they are good quality windows saving my energy costs.

Shattered a bedroom window and these guys came out and had it replaced same day! I plan on calling them to replace all my single pane windows with low e glass in the future. 5 stars!

I was on vacation in the Keys, and my Bentley GT back window made a 'Granch' noise, and broke. In the down position. Not good. I called the dealer and got a unbelievably expensive quote. I found this company, and a guy (Al at Studio 27 Auto Upholstery) in the keys who fixed it! We sent the window regulator UPS next day, and had it back immediately. Thank you so much!! We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Jason did a phenomenal job from start to finish. We needed one of our residential glass replaced. We called all around and no one could deliver like Jason did. He's very professional, on time, and detailed. He thoroughly explains his entire process of replacing the window and time frame for getting the window. We highly recommend Jason with Econ Windows.

Was polite, professional and speedy. Quoted me the lowest price for glass out of 5 companies that I contacted. They were able to fix my broken window within a week of contacting them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
