Desert King Windows just finished installing 27 windows and 2 doors on our home. We would hire them again. We went from original, builder grade windows that were leaky, and hot to windows that are solid, cooling, and eliminated so much outside noise. From sales through installation and follow-up they are a dependable, professional team. Everything was ordered, and installed per their timeline and under the initial estimate. Replacing windows - don't pull the trigger until you talk to Desert King.

Everything they said was what was delivered. nothing changed and the install and stucco repair went very smoothly. all of them worked for energy shield windows and doors they did not subcontract different trades which I loved and the finished product looks great

Lots of 5 star reviews here, and I’m going to add another one. Dwayne just finished installing a new window at my house, and I’m super happy with the end result. The window is of excellent quality and matches perfectly with the style of the old window.

I had a window leak that had apparently been going on for a while, but didn’t become obvious until a recent monsoon. Called a few companies to get a quote, but Dwayne from Sunny State Glass was the first to come out. He took a look and gave me some options, rather than just immediately saying he had to replace the whole window. I decided to just go with a glass replacement, which would save a ton of money. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell me the whole time. I actually got the vibe from him that he was legit trying to just solve my problem as efficiently and cheaply as possible. Once we pulled the shutters off though, I noticed some rot on the window sill from the leak, so I asked about just doing the whole window instead. He gave me a quote and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was for the size of the widow I was replacing (about 80” wide, two piece rectangle with a large half circle window on top). I went that route and got Low-E glass.

Very happy I just bit the bullet and did the whole thing, it looks great and I can already tell the Low-E makes a difference with heat. My old window was insanely hot and made the entire room warm even with shutters closed.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with Sunny State Glass. Dwayne is just a nice honest dude, and he did great work. He gave me contacts for the stucco repair and window sill replacement too, so I didn’t have to go searching for someone. Made things extremely easy and stress free. The window came way sooner than anticipated as well, which was a bonus. Highly recommended! Thanks Dwayne and Bre!

Got 10 new windows and from start to finish it was a good experience. Both Greg & Adam Johnson stopped out at the job and seem to really care about their customers. The installers were on time & took great care on the installation. They were also very friendly and professional. Windows look great & really dress up the house. We believe that in the AZ heat Infinity fiberglass is the way to go. Definitely would recommend them.

We had Chris Fout came to our house, he was very informative and detailed about the company’s products, we are considering windows in near future :)

The windows and sliding glass door look absolutely beautiful and the installers were wonderful.

So it started with Ace coming to my house to give me a quote. He knew his stuff. We were having new siding put in, Ace had some awesome suggestions. So all things COVID it took 11 weeks to get our windows, Miguel came & installed our windows. He was professional & in & out in a few hours after installing 9 out of 10 of my windows as 1 of our windows came the wrong size. So the company GM Keith called and apologized for the mishap. I appreciated the call & the apology. He is going to TRY to expedite the other window with no promises as I get you have no control over your vendors to a degree. I'll keep you all posted as too what happened. Otherwise, the quality is AWESOME!!!! I used to work for a window company & nothing bad about the old company, at all, it's just that they're all the same. Window World is just so much cheaper. And don't forget the 20 year lifetime warranty. ??

The entire process with Red Rock window and door was top notch. He stuck to his estimate and got the door and frame installed in the time agreed. Thomas's recommendations were spoken like a true professional who knows the business, and we went with everything he suggested. We originally wanted to replace the wood door with another wood door, but he explained why a composite door and frame would be a better choice because of the durability of the composite material. The door and Fram are no installed and painted, and we couldn't be happier. Red Rock should be your first call for any window or door work

My husband and I purchased our home a little over six years ago. The house is about thirty years old and still had the original windows. The windows have always been hard to open and close and last year they became impossible to use. We started shopping around with companies at home and garden shows only to get quotes for around $30,000 to replace most of our windows. Due to the high cost we considered weighing the options of replacing the windows ourselves, that’s when we came across LEI Home Enhancements on Facebook. We met with Dustin and he explained the entire process from consultation to measuring to final install and the benefits we would receive with our new purchase. We were shocked to see the showcase promotional quote was half of what we were told by another big brand named company. The install process was a breeze. Beau our installer was amazing. He showed up on time, was friendly and kept a clean work area. He has great work ethic and doesn’t drag his feet on the job. We were very happy with his install which only took about two and a half days from full tear out to final trim for eleven windows. Throughout the entire process Dustin checked in to make sure we were happy with everything and to let us know what to expect. He was wonderful. We now have amazing windows that function great and can already see a difference between our old ones. We are now able to open the house to let in fresh air; the windows have a locking mechanism that makes me feel comfortable to sleep with them open if I choose to. We no longer have wind blowing through our old windows allowing us to keep our heater and AC from working overtime. We have also noticed a huge difference in outside noise. We live on a street that is in a two year construction project so we constantly have equipment and trucks outside our home. With the new windows we can barely tell if there is any construction going on. It is really amazing how much quieter our home is now. We recently had six windows replaced in existing park model frames. We were pleased with the attention to detail from the crew calling ahead to let us know they were arriving at 7AM as scheduled, to the care taken to go over terms of our contract, as well as their ability to correctly and quickly complete the installations. The crew was careful and considerate of our property and the completed project seems great. The project manager follow up was prompt and we were invited to give feedback and urged to contact them if we had any questions or concerns.

I would be very wary about there drivers. They are very dangerous, foul mouthed techs. I'm not sure I would trust them in my home

We had a.tub to shower conversion which took two half days. Installation looked fine and the products used are nice. John the installer was polite and respectful. We were told not to use the shower for two days. On the second day when I wanted to use the shower, one of the doors won’t shut. It rolls open, will not stay closed. Called the office and Project Manager, Noah, with no response. Husband called and also no response. It has been a week since install.and I can’t use this shower. I have some disabilities and would like to use my shower. Customer service is zero. What good is a warranty when no one responds?

I have a specialty door handle/set sold by these guys (unknown location of purchase, was a part of a renovation done 5 years ago). An internal hardware piece broke recently. I tried Home Depot 1st, but not luck. I went online to attempt purchasing a replacement, but the website directed me to this local dealer. I decided to walk in, unannounced, to attempt purchasing a replacement. The owner (or someone in charge in the back), decided to 1st check random spare parts in the back prior to my purchase. They indeed had an exact spare I needed and gave it to me free of charge. They did not have to show me this generosity, they could have made me repurchase the entire handle set. Thank you! I will definitely use these guys for any door or window needs in the future.

ABC Glass charged me a restocking fee even though I used them for 9 glass jobs totaling over $4000. The restocking fee was actually because the manager did not want to refund onto a credit card and have to pay the card fee. By the way we used most of the refund on a 9th job and he sent a check as the refund for the balance so he never had to pay that fee anyway.
What happened is we broke a window at a customers house and called ABC glass just like we had 8 other times. They got a quote together and ran my card for the total. After a fee days our customer actually wanted to pay for the new glass because there was not enough proof that my company had actually broke the window in the first place. So my customer ended up paying for the glass with her credit card and I asked for my card to be refunded. The Manager said no way, it could only be used as a store credit or he would charge me the card fee of 4% for refunding my credit card. REALLY! after all the jobs we had already paid them? I took the store credit and used most of it for a 9th job. At that point I took all of ABC's invoices I had and called other glass companies. I sent over the info on each job and asked for prices from them. You know what one of the other company send back as quotes for the jobs that ABC had already done? 1/2 price for all but one job! I couldn't believe it. I was being charged twice as much money as ABC's competitors and this store manager was going to loose me as a customer over maybe $15 in credit card fees. I would not recommend ABC glass to anyone after this experience. I will never go back. By the way after being in business for 21 years as a landscape maintenance company and having to pay for about 80 broken windows, I am a customer a glass company wants.

Phil did a great job replacing a broken window for me. As an out-of-state landlord, sometimes it's hard to know who to turn to for repairs but Phil came recommended. His price was fair and it was worth every penny knowing I could trust him to handle the job and any obstacles my tenant might put in the way. He was responsive and professional.
