We bought the windows for noise issues. We still have noise issues.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and answered questions honestly.
He was on time which I insist upon since I was in the remodeling sales There was a minor issue when the installation took place but in less than 20 hours a new window was made and installed the next morning at 8AM.

Not a great experience. They sent a salesperson out for an estimate he took over an hour and a half and quoted me over $45k for 6 windows and 2 slider doors. I highly recommend shopping around and doing your research when looking for windows.

My window was broken about 7pm and 12hrs later I had an appointment set up and it was repaired by noon next day. They respond instantly. No need for back and forth calling. They were consistent and knowledgeable with questions. They were professional and FAST. I couldn't believe how quick it was done. 20min tops AND they were the cheapest I could find especially needing them asap. Dwayne and his crew are amazing and I will continue to recommend and use them. They are GREAT!

I can't pay enough wonderful kudos to K&J Windows. I recently had fiberglass front entry doors installed. There were some challenges to the installation. Cody came out to inspect the job and assured me the doors and hardware would be installed to my satisfaction. Cody went above and beyond to find a transition piece from my tile to the threshold, resolve a deadbolt issue, and insure that the doors were installed to perfection. Chris and crew installed the doors beautifully and were fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend K&J Windows. Their commitment to excellence and customer service is unmatched.

Found Greg Johnson to be extremely responsive. I sent an email requesting an appointment early on a Saturday morning and received a call later that morning with an appointment the same day.
Had installed half the windows in Phase 1 in the spring of 2019 and found the windows to be so much more efficient as my electric bill dropped from the previous summer - the APS average billing decreased over $20/month.

Virgil came over and gave us an estimate, very nice, helpful and caring, took the time to explain and show us everything that would work for our home, if you have the luck to have him you will have the best experience.

I had a great experience with Krasiva. I got a very generous price on the four windows I wanted replaced in my home. The installation team was also very professional and courteous.

Freelite replaced 7 windows for us. We were very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The install crew was extremely conscious of taking care to avoid a mess. The clean-up was complete and the follow-up was very thoughtful.

Econ windows, Jason, was on time, communicated well and was fair priced. I'd recommend him to anyone!

My experience with Window World thus far has been great. They were quick to schedule an in-person consultation and our salesperson, Lee, was right on time. All policies, pricing, options, etc. are very transparent and easy to understand. Will be waiting a while to actually have the windows installed but that is commonplace right now.

They just did my house in Peoria. Save yourself some time. Do not even consider any other company. I doubt any other window company can match this organization. Perfect from A to Z.

Dustin from the Phoenix office came to our house which is a bit more then an hours drive to show and explain the windows and all the features also aided my wife and I as to which window would work best from our home. We live in an area that is always cooler the Phoenix which we get snow during the winter months. Installation was quick and the crew was very professional while doing their job. We had 8 windows replaced of various sizes and all look great. My wife is particularly happy as she won’t have clean the windows for a bit since the crew did that job before they left. The crew also left the house as clean if not cleaner then it was when they arrived. Should you need windows or doors replaced I’d suggest to look no farther. We did that shopping and Lei charged less then the “other” company was quoting us.

Absolutely happy happy happy with my windows. It was worth the wait due to COVID. The installers were meticulous, friendly and respectful of me and my home. Could not be more happy with the results. These guys are great!!

Absolutely outstanding job--both scheduling and installing. We made an error in which windsheild was needed. The installer handled the situation very professionally and immediately contacted the office with the issue--by the time he had left the neighborhood, we already had the appointment rescheduled for the following day. The returning installer was again extremely professional, neat and made sure the new windsheild was clean -- inside & out! Hopefully we won't need a replacement (at least for a long while) but I know who we will call-Univeral Glass of Glendale, AZ. NICE JOB EVERYBODY--

We had a walk-in tub and a shower installed. The installers were skilled, considerate, neat, and the finished product was nicely done. They did a great job cleaning up each night, so it was not inconvenient living in a house with a remodel project going on. Attached are before, and after. The shower was still waiting for the glass panels when the picture was taken.

I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i can't recommend them.

ABC Glass Company did an amazing and fast replacement of my broken window. I highly recommend ABC Glass Company.

I'd like to let everyone know that I'm on the insurance side referring to Best Glass and they have always taken care of my customers in the best way. No issues come back and they go above and beyond every time I call on them. There is a lot of choice when it comes to glass and Best shows why they are continuously among the top!!
