We officially signed the contract and have the ball rolling to finish our pool and decking plus some other things we were able to get because they worked us such a deal!! Justin blows my mind with his work ethic, you don’t see work ethic like that often. He offered to bring his truck in his free time and help us get rid of some stuff so we could get a better deal!! John and his warehouse staff were so incredible and patient with us as we tested and ran in and out to see what the sun hitting it looked like and testing almost every tile… Nobel peace prize for patience? Plus they helped us decide when we were at a total standstill stuck on two combination options we loved. Not only did she help us make a decision but it was a unanimous one!

We had the owner of NLKD come out to view needed repairs on our old worn out Kool Deck surrounding our pool in May 2020. David came on time, provided much needed guidance on steps necessary to bring the area up to standards and quickly provided a very competitive quote for repairs. The crew they sent out to do the repair were ON TIME, completed the prep work quickly, answered any questions we had and the clean up process was spotless. End result was a pool deck we were very pleased with that should stand the test of time. The product recommended allows us to walk on the area even in the hottest summer temps. We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

I have to admit, when we needed our walk deck repaired and resurfaced, we were a little nervous going with a young company, but choosing Bill Hendricks and Fun N Sun Walk Decks to complete the work was the best decision we could have made! We have had a number of jobs done for us by Mikko Pasanen of Miko LLC.

Perhaps the one requiring the most creativity and skill was remodeling our next-to-the-master-bedroom spa-with-hot-tub and stone work into a very nice and comfortable art studio with cabinets, sink, and its own heating and cooling system.

We worked out the details together, and the work was done beautifully — even more so than we had imagined — and on time, by workers who were a real pleasure to have around.

Every time we have hired Miko LLC for a remodel or repair job, it’s been the same story: The work was done right, on time, and with minimal mess. And Mikko is a treat to know.

Austin and his team at RafterHouse have done a fantastic job building a strong brand in the Arcadia neighborhood. My wife and I were presented with an opportunity to build a home with them this year, and we’re currently in the process of building. We are so pleased we found Rubber Stone AZ! Jaime and Sam (and a third installer whose name I didn't get) did a beautiful job covering our crumbling Pebble-Tec pool and cool deck with the rubber stone. They were on time and professional and it looks great!
