Extremely thorough service call and very patient with explaining areas of concern needing repairs or replacement. My service tech provided price quotes on items in need of repairs/replacing but did not pressure me in taking immediate action. He also provided timelines for being available to return when needed. Pictures were taken by the service tech and shown to me detailing potential problems. This was especially beneficial since those parts are on the air handlers which are located in the attic. I will definitely contact Howard Air for my future HVAC needs!

We were in a bad situation and needed a company to come out right away. Daniel came to my home within a couple hours of me calling to evaluate and quote me. We couldn’t use our AC until the ducts were replaced so it was really important to have it done ASAP. Daniel and his team came and did the job the same week! I had multiple issues with my unit. One of the parts that tested good failed the very next day. Tom and Trevor did troubleshooting and were able to get to the root of the problem. B3 replaced one of our very old heat pumps last year quickly and professionally. This year, when our other old unit started to die, we called them and they once again did a fabulous job. On top of the great service, their prices can't be beat! They saved us $$$!

Wow, couldn't have been more impressed. I called with an AC issue in the morning and they were able to get a tech out to our house that afternoon and worked well into the evening to fix the issue. Ulises installed minisplits in three rooms for us. He went the extra mile to find equipment given supply chain issues, and also to do things like paint the line set covers prior to installing them. He is very responsive and does great work. We'd hire him again in a heart beat.

I met Green ID at the Phoenix Home Show and agreed to have an energy audit. The found and corrected quite a few problems. Since then I've had several A/C guys in the attic and they've all remarked on how well the duct sealing and insulation work was done (by Green ID). Thanks David!
