I am very pleased with the service we received from Hobaica.
Ronnie was such a tremendous help during the entire process. Not only did he provide great customer service but he also went above and beyond to help me understand what exactly was going on with our unit, explained the warranty coverage, future maintenance for the unit and the options available to get the unit serviced. He was also able to get a technician to come to our house right away.
Ryan was the technician who came out and he too was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and patient. He made a few adjustments to the unit and provided a very thorough explanation of the work he completed as well as next steps.

I am beyond grateful for Ronnie, Ryan and the Hobaica team. It is very rare to find this level of customer service anymore and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

The best choice I ever made was to use Sun Devil Heating and Cooling to replace my A/C system, although I didn’t know it at the time. My schedule is incredibly busy due to my travel for work. I went into crisis mode when I came home late at night to my family with no A/C in 125 degree weather. I had no idea who to call or who had the best reputation for service. Sun Devil worked with me to get me on the schedule quick. Sun Devil’s team was professional, kind, and honest. What more can you ask for. I’m still grateful they understood my need for urgency. I think about them every time I walk into my home and it’s cool. Great experience.

A very honest company and do Great work

Just finished using King and Francisco for the second time. I called him for a service call and found that the unit was not fixable. He was out 2 days later and because there were tenants that needed it to happen quickly he had it in tested and happy people in 3 hours. I totally recommend these guys !!!

Great company run by honest, caring people. They replaced my air conditioner a year ago and make sure it's running smoothly with regular tune ups.

After my central heating system failed at a terribly inconvenient time, I decided it’d be best to go with several mini splits. Baikal Mechanical gave the best quote of all the companies I checked out, and I liked that they have so many five-star reviews. Now I see why they do. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if they’re the best HVAC contractors near me. That’s most definitely the feeling I got when I gave them my business in a rather desperate hour.

Great guys and great job! They installed a new Trane HVAC unit on the roof and it is working wonderfully in this 110 degree heat. I have been using Howard air for years to maintain the old HVAC unit so it made sense to buy the new unit from them. Their Sales Rep, Ted Henn, was great to work with. He was very detailed in explaining everything about the install process, options, and costs. The install technicians did a super job cleaning up after themselves, explaining everything about the new system and how to operate the new thermostat. Even how to download the app to my cell phone to remotely operate the thermostat! I recommend Howard Air for any replace or repair!

Very positive experience, would highly recommend. I was having issues with duct work recently installed by another HVAC company. Unable to get the original contractor to come back out and look at the system, I reached out to Preferred Air. Ty came out and did a thorough system assessment and found several areas for improvement. He has excellent communication and made sure that I understood the scope of work. Within a very short period, their crew came out and made the improvements. Their work had a significant positive impact and addressed all of my concerns.

The installation crew was on time, professional, and cleaned up everything before they left. I've worked with numerous contractors over the past two years and nobody left the job site as immaculate as Preferred Air.

TREVOR IS THE BEST! My HOA sent out multiple people for the last few years for a leak that kept coming back. Last guys made it worse, put screws up to hold the pan up higher, and said it needed a whole new install because it wasn't done right ... and weren't going to pay for it. THANKFULLY Trevor came to my rescue and actually FIXED the problem, not bandaid job! I'm so excited to not step on a wet towel or floor! HOORAY!

Katie and her team were wonderful they were able to find my coil for my ac unit and get it installed within 2 days. Katie and her team are very knowledgeable and gave me fair and honest pricing. I wish I would’ve went to them sooner! They’re fantastic thank you B3!

With this Arizona heat it's almost impossible to live without an A/C, so, when ours went out, we were miserable. Thankfully, Nick came to our rescue. Our service was quick, easy, and the entire experience was amazing, we're not melting anymore! The service was fast, professional, and I would recommend them without a second thought. They were friendly, quick, and the problem was resolved with no issues whatsoever. True lifesavers!

Driver on I10 should probably head back to driving class. Driving like a child with something to prove... Also the trucks need mud flaps to prevent rocks from spraying onto windshields. Pretty inconsiderate to drive a six wheeler truck with the majority of the back wheels exposed and no mud flaps
