Best Commercial in Phoenix AZ

Just had Energy Shield replace all of the windows in our house with 29 new vinyl windows and 1 new vinyl sliding glass door, a big job. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish. Sales - Robert was a straight talker, honest guy. No astronomical price with elaborate sales structure to support and the sales gimmicks to go with it (yes, I'm talking to you Andersen...). Gave me a great price. Technical Qs - Jake sent me the technical specs (U-Value & SHGC) on the windows, all Energy Star compliant for AZ, plus warranty info. Other places either had no idea what their specs even were or, if they did, wouldn't share them (perhaps because they're lousy?). Final Measurement - Juan gave me some great recommendations that we ended up doing. He made sure that all that we were going to do was compliant with any future home inspections. Install - Jesus and Nehemias were my main guys. They did an outstanding job with a very high quality install, meticulous with every detail. They were careful with our home and cleaned up everything. The windows look fabulous and have a great warranty. I'm a huge fan of this outfit and will be making referrals. Thank you Energy Shield! #BuyAZ

Made an appointment with Judd Evans to get an estimate on getting 17 windows replaced. Left work early to be at home in plenty of time. I waited until 4:30 and no phone call and no Judd. Called his manager and while being very apologetic and polite, it still doesn't change the fact that I left work early and waited for almost 2 hours without him showing up. If you are not interested enough to get my business to start with, I can only imagine what it would be like if I had a problem.

I called several different companies and Dwayne was by far the most pleasant to work with. His prices very reasonable, he was very upfront and I appreciate that type of business these days. He is the only person I will ever contact for windows in the future! give him a call you won’t be disappointed

I hired Red Rock to turn a window into a door. They are highly professional and I felt confident in them the entire time. Excellent communication, and consummate professionals. They are so high quality that I was bracing for sticker shock, but their price beat the other 2 quotes I had received.

The technicians who installed the door were very communicative and did a great job. They explained everything about the door, warranty, etc., and they didn't consider the job done until they double checked we were totally on the same page.

I am terrible about remembering to write these, but I really wanted to make sure I wrote one for Shane. I used his services earlier this year for new window screens and a quote on a new patio screen door; I could not have been more pleased. When I saw Veteran Owned, I definitely at least wanted to get a quote, but as soon as I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him. He looked over everything I wanted done, and even said he'd be able to tune up my sliding glass patio door! Every concern, he had a solution for. He even told me 'I could tell you you need this and that, but you don't. You don't need new unless you really want them.' You rarely ever get that kind of honesty! I think I had one more quote that I was getting, but when he left, I just knew that I was gonna go with him. And I could not be happier with the work he did. He put new screens on my window, new screen in my screen door & tuned it up (rather than talking me into a brand new one!), and tuned up my patio door as well, and all for an absolutely reasonable price.

He works hard, he communicates, he's honest & polite; if you don't call him for at least a quote, you're missing out on an opportunity to work with and support a great business.

Also, for sure gave his information to a friend when she needed some repairs, and to my mom when her patio screen door was damaged. And I will continue to refer him to anyone I can!

My homebuilder uses them to install bathroom mirrors and accessories (towel rods, toilet paper holders, etc). They weren't able to install them prior to us closing on the home and it's been a nightmare getting them to come back. First time they came the master bath mirror was cut wrong so they couldn't install. One of the installation crew stole my neighbors dog that day and refused to admit it until he was told there was video evidence of it. He left to bring the dog back and then they haven't been back.. no showing 3 appointments (12-4pm windows) now with no apology or call to reschedule. I called to verify they were coming today and was told yes but again - no show. Save yourself a headache and avoid this company!

We had an unusual request. We needed a large bathroom mirror cut down to fit better over the vanity, in our recently purchased home. They arrived at the scheduled time, took the mirror off the wall, trimmed it to the size we needed, and remounted it. No fuss no muss.

I was recommended here by my close friend who had a very satisfying experience with Topline. They are one of the only auto glass companies that have a pay up front rebate policy and were very straightforward on and off the phone. Greatly appreciate their services and will be back again if needed!
