Anthony from Bill’s Pest and Termite treated our RV garage today, he was very professional and friendly. He provided a great service and I highly recommend Bill’s for your exterminating needs.

I have been using Blue Sky Pest control for 3 yrs now. I was skeptical in the beginning especially because there's so much other on how it's cheaper to do your own pest control or how it's so expensive or how it's just a waste. But honestly I am so glad I called them when I did. I have not had one regret. They are so polite and are always available when I need them and they are always so helpful in communicating what i can do to better prevent any pests in my home.

I have never met a nicer technician than Tony..... hey Tony. He did a preventative bug maintenance spray. He was so friendly and nice to talk with. He did an amazing job. Extremely affordable company on top of friendly. I will always use Urban Desert. Highly... highly recommend.

I called out for this service just before an outdoor Thanksgiving here in Phoenix. We were experiencing an outbreak of crickets and bites on our ankles. Couldn’t be happier. Burns is the best. I used to be a technician for Burns Pest when I was younger, and because of what a good company I know they are, I use them now and have for many years. The technician I have assigned to my home, Joe Angelini has the best communication not only about the services, but with scheduling too. Seeing someone that takes such pride in his work, with great professional customer service, that is a pleasure to have in our home I felt the need to express my thanks to him and to the company he works for. Burns is a great company that I feel; has the best pest control application which causes the need for less resprays and extra appointments. Very professional staff at this company. Always on time and have great communication about procedures. Pilipo warren is a fantastic representative for this company. He was kind and very tolerant of my panic.i recommend this company, in fact my dad and son also had them check/exterminate there homes as well.

Overall good service and product. The BIGGEST issue is you cannot reach anyone on the phone or locally. It's all sourced to their corporate office in CA - and they don't know individual locations and all. So much is lost in translation. WE NEED LOCAL call areas - they know the day to day, schedules of their drivers. I have had some turn over of drivers - but NO ONE tells you - just be prepared to do the follow up on all - they don't call you. I have bi monthly service and yearly termite inspection and service as well. Sometimes they call you or text. Prior the staff at the local office (when you could reach someone) - they were not the most helpful. BUT the field techs and guys are GREAT - and very professional and return calls and texts. The product they use seems to work overall. I would recommend - BUT again - we need better follow up emails, calls and service. WE ARE the customers - you are to follow up with us - not the other way around - HELP with this. Thank you.

We have been using Eco Valley for quite awhile now for semi-monthly service for general bug spraying around the perimeter of our home. They are very good about courtesy calls before showing up and always ask if we have any concerns and address them promptly if so. Tyler and his crew are awesome and we are proud to remain customers.

Extremely satisfied with this company. They were fast, prompt and most importantly did an amazing job. Kyle was knowledgeable, personable and worked fast to tackle our issue! This company made my family feel at ease and helped us get a hold on a growing issue. One last thing, my dogs dont like people but they liked Kyle so that should tell you a lot! I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them for all our insect and pest needs!
