Have a Termite Contract. Company representative stopped by (without notice - said he was in the area), found termite activity. Never called or scheduled a treatment appointment.

I called freaking out after I had spotted a bed bug on me eating upon my awakening and had tony out about 4 hours later for my FREE inspection. I was told he would arrive between 2 and 3 and honestly wasn’t expecting him to show up for hours after that as most companies now a days are like that. But at 1:34 I received a call from him and he was at my house by 2:15! He was amazing and personable! Answered all my questions, inspected my whole home and alleviated a lot of my concerns. I was set up for an appointment the next day with Tod at 7am so I pulled an all nighter to prepare my house for heat treatment and pesticides. Much to my surprise (again, usually I don’t expect much because most companies don’t stay true to time estimates), Tod showed up as promised at 7am and was very accommodating. He talked to us about the process and what he was going to do. I then contacted him after leaving my house so he could start the process as I forgot to warn him that I have surgery in two weeks and needed to be certain the problem was solved so the bed bugs don’t take up residence in my rather bulky splint after this major ankle surgery. No joke, he texted back within 3 minutes and let me know he would make sure to bake my room as much as possible and also sprayed extra heavy and took extra time to thoroughly examine my room and contact spray any Bed bugs that he found alive after heat treatment (if any were even alive). I received a call after he was finished explained yet again what he had done, his warranties, his findings, and made sure I was 100% happy and had no questions or concerns before he left my house. I am so beyond thankful for this company. I was met with compassion and some of the most understanding and sweet people and it made a terrible situation so much easier.

Technician was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about our situation. He gave me an element of comfort for I was freaked out over my situation. You guys nailed it thank you so much.

Excellent service from beginning to end. From Roger, the owner, who took a personal interest in my account, to the office staff to Kevin, the technician, they all did a great job!

Very affordable while also being effective. They are quick to respond and come by if you have any issues between sprays to fix you up. The personnel are all very professional and friendly. They can also do termite care on top of the standard pest control - both of which they have done a great job. I would recommend them to anyone, whether looking for a new service or not.

I so love this company. Their technician Dutcher is awesome. They do an awesome just treating my home for scorpions. Customer service is friendly and polite and they are quick to respond when called. You can't find a better place than this.
