I paid a premium monthly pest control service fee and when they actually need to do something they want to charge hundreds of dollars in additional fees.

Urban Desert doesn’t require contract and offer excellent service for pest control. Getting a quote over the phone was easy and scheduling was quick. They were punctual and thorough. They guarantee their work for 2 months which is nice if I need them to come and spray again. Highly recommend.

I need two treatment for bed bugs. Both time they set a dated when they were supposed to come, and after the hassle of prep work, the appointments were canceled on the intended treatment dates. The worst part is they would schedule an appointment the following week leaving all the roommates and I prone to being bit.

DO NOT USE FOR SCORPIONS.While the exterminators do as best as they are trained to do and are very polite, the company itself is as a whole non-responsive to larger concerns. I've been waiting on a call back for about 1 and a half weeks from an account rep after I had requested cancellation of services. After a recent re-treat of the house, I'd had 6 scorpions in the house that were perfectly healthy and active in less than a week. Something isn't right, but it seems that they're still happy to bill me.*Edit - after two weeks, I received a call from my account rep, who was very polite and understanding and was kind enough to refund the most recent recurring charge.

I found Uni-Tech on the Nextdoor app after many people referred them...and now I will! One of the owners, Steve, came to inspect my home for termites within 24 hours of me calling to make an appointment. He was prompt and answered my million questions and also explained termites to me since I have never dealt with them (turns out they are just eating my house and not living in it ?)...my heebie jeebies were eliminated!! I had read about the price of dealing with termites from other people that dealt with termites and when he gave me my quote I was so relieved as it was so budget friendly for me to get rid of these pests and protect my house for a two year warranty! I will say that I had a minor termite problem that was caught early enough to warrant the family friendly budget but they are still so competitive and friendly and worth working with!
