Very impressed with this company. This was my first experience with them and they were amazing. They responded quickly to me initial email and we corresponded several times in the same day. I had set an initial appointment but was really hoping for a quicker visit as I was having issues with scorpions and didn't want the grandkids to have a close encounter. Less than 12 hours after making the appointment they called and offered me a cancellation. Perfect!! Dax arrived on time and was great. He explained all he was going to do. He was professional and very personable. All this and a guarantee to return at no cost if I see any of those bothersome insects in the next 60 days. No contracts and no startup fees. Great experience.

Dave came to look at our rat problem outside and was great! He gave great advice and went above my expectations in helping to resolve our rodent problem. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

The gentleman that came and treated in the ceiling was polite, informative, and professional. He called and let me know that he would be a little later than planned and arrived in a timely manner.

Made an appointment for this evening for rodent control. Was given a window between 3 to 5 PM. It’s 5 o’clock and no one has showed up. Give them a call and they report there’s been a miscommunication error. No one else is available to come out today. So much for this company… Onto another one!

During one of the most devastating times in my life, I had the pleasure of working with AZ Heat. I only wish I had contacted them sooner! After a week of nearly no sleep, they treated the house. I was a wreck but they were very professional and understanding! From beginning to now being bug free - everyone I dealt with was absolutely amazing! It’s only been a week but I am certain they are completely gone. My son is highly sensitive to them and our monitor. Lol
