They explained what they were going to do and ask if I had any questions. Both were very polite and respectful. Both worked very hard and completed the job in a couple of hours. Eric, a senior tech came out a couple of weeks back regarding Sewer Roaches I had been seeing in my house. I am BEYOND petrified of roaches and these things are huge. Eric took his time to thoroughly inspect and treat areas that he thought they could be coming in from. He even did patch work to a cracked Drainage access pipe which he did not have to do. He gave recommendations of repairs he felt could help solve the problem. Besides the very next day... I have not seen any since then and I am beyond grateful for Eric's care to help me solve this issue. I literally have been thinking about moving out because of this problem and now I may not even have to move. Thanks a billion Eric.

My daughter recommended Nick and his company to us as we were in need of exterminators for scorpions. We are very happy with their service and clientele. They are incredibly nice, yet professional and will come in between services to spray again, if necessary. They are always on time and just take really great care of our property. Highly recommend.

A 1 year warranty doesn't do you much good if in that entire year the issue is never fixed or your place isn't properly treated.

So during the initial inspection they did a good job identifying all the problem areas of my house and then proceeded to treat these areas (i think, I'm not sure anymore because the termites never went away).

2 months go by - area still are infested with termites and they are building tubes actively still, so i call and they come back out and treat again.

another 2 months later - areas still are infested with termites and they are building tubes, oh most like they didn't treat anything. So i call and they come back out and sent someone friendly and more experienced. My husband had a good experience with the 3rd person as he was good at explaining things and sorta guaranteed us that the problem was fixed.

another 2 months later - areas are still infested, termites are building even MORE tube and in more areas to the point that its just impossible to ignore anymore, it looks bad and its just hard to imagine that anything was done any of the other visits now.

I try and get another appointment, they guarantee yet again to send someone better but I can never get an appointment in the mornings, itll take 2-3 weeks, maybe to get someone. Not to mention the appointment itself has a 5 hour window for when the employee is supposed to get here and to the treatment, thatll require taking an entire day off work. :/ I don't know many people who could tolerate such a large time window like that, especially when you have to do this multiple times in a year.

Termite treatment is just something i want to do once and forget about, maybe a touch up every now and then, you cant do that if you go with this company.

I'm sorry but my house is being eaten away, and after this many visits they still couldn't treat the same problem areas. I'm absolutely upset over this. Ive worked with termite companies before and never have i had a company have so much trouble treating 1 problem area. My bathroom ceiling, from the beginning, has always been the problem and it continues to be a problem without any signs that it got any better or will get better.

The 1 year warranty wont do you very good if that entire year the termites still don't go away with no signs of stopping. I really have to do some research into other companies now to see who else I can go with. When it comes to your house, you cant afford to get bad quality termite work done.

Have used this company for many years, for various pest control services and they are outstanding in care and services.

John was great and very responsive at first but now he will not respond to text messages and not let us know anything about scheduling our home or anything. Covid played a part at first and we were understanding but the lack of communication is not acceptable at this point.

I highly recommend White Horse Pest Control because When we moved into our new apartment about 2 weeks to a month we started getting bites, we though it was spiders, and so one day we found out they were bed bugs and I got Dylan to offer to help and him and Max came two days later and they did a very terrific job. Then they came back and did a follow up and since they have sprayed our unit top to bottom, we no longer have bedbugs, spiders or any other critters like roaches. Its amazing to be able to find a company so caring , concerned and very good at what they do and best part they even give extra time to give tips and methods to keep the pest to stay away and out. So give them a call they will be the best investment in pest control you will ever make. Other companies either charge too much or don't honor they're warranty.
