Best Scorpion Exterminator in Phoenix AZ

I have been using Blue Sky for about 5 years now. While they are not the least expensive I feel that their excellent service and effective extermination is worth a few extra bucks. The service people are always friendly and they are responsive if there is a problem.

I have used Urban Desert for a few years now, and I wouldn't use anyone else! Fabulous customer service regardless of who you speak to! Every single person that has come to my house has been wonderful! Today I had James who was super friendly, knowledgable, listened to me and my concerns, and EXTREMELY thorough! Unbelievable service!!!!!

Eric, a senior tech came out a couple of weeks back regarding Sewer Roaches I had been seeing in my house. I am BEYOND petrified of roaches and these things are huge. Eric took his time to thoroughly inspect and treat areas that he thought they could be coming in from. He even did patch work to a cracked Drainage access pipe which he did not have to do. He gave recommendations of repairs he felt could help solve the problem. Besides the very next day... I have not seen any since then and I am beyond grateful for Eric's care to help me solve this issue. I literally have been thinking about moving out because of this problem and now I may not even have to move. Thanks a billion Eric.

Family ran company who back up their work and stay with you until the problem is fixed. We've used a couple of other outfits over the years but the customer service and expertise from Watts leaves the others looking second class.

John was great and very responsive at first but now he will not respond to text messages and not let us know anything about scheduling our home or anything. Covid played a part at first and we were understanding but the lack of communication is not acceptable at this point.

Made an appointment for bedbug treatment August 26th @ 9am with Dylan. 9am came and went, no call no show.Got in touch with Dylan he apologized and got his weekend person to come by later in the day to do the treatmement they were supposed to do a follow up September 3rd at 9am...once again no call no show. When got in touch with Dylan he told me he was going to look into what happened. Haven't heard from him since. Guess he's so busy that he can't keep track of scheduling.
