Made an appointment for bedbug treatment August 26th @ 9am with Dylan. 9am came and went, no call no show.Got in touch with Dylan he apologized and got his weekend person to come by later in the day to do the treatmement they were supposed to do a follow up September 3rd at 9am...once again no call no show. When got in touch with Dylan he told me he was going to look into what happened. Haven't heard from him since. Guess he's so busy that he can't keep track of scheduling.

My Mom had just got a place in Sun City and said she was getting bit. Found these bugs on her bed. It was a Saturday. She was obviously super freaked out. This wonderful company came out to hers in 30 min....on a Saturday!! He explained what they were ( not bed bugs,) and also explained that she was allergic to carpet beetles not getting actually bit. He gave her several options on how to get rid of them and a very reasonable price for taking care of it himself...that same day. A God send for taking care of my mother and would give him 10 stars if I could. Very thorough, reasonable, and knowledgeable. Thank You White Horse Pest Management!!!

Found bed bugs in my house called White horse pest Management got a inspection for that same day! Which was extremely impressive! Set up a heat treatment and it went off without a hitch they got rid of all my bugs highly highly recommend extremely good knowledgeable service

Moved in to a major roach party recently. First time dealing with this so a friend of mine started calling around and found Dylan with White Horse was knowledgeable and had fair pricing. Well after meeting Dylan I am impressed he was honest and did a thourough spraying and baiting and then a follow-up. I am just about roach free and trust me it was bad. I highly recommend their service because this is a company with integrity.

DYLAN was supposed to show up to give me my money back and never showed up service is very poor. The owner of the company does not tell the truth he lies a lot. He calls apologizing for things he said to me on a text message and still has not paid me none of my money back. I’ve been waiting on him a couple of days to pay my money back and still has not came through. Service sucks does not know how to do bedbug service at all and I will not refer that company to anyone else . He will tell you he has Covid just so he doesn’t have to do his job. Very very unprofessional

I'd would recommend them to anyone who has an issue with pests.

My experience was fantastic, Dylan even came back for a second follow up spray again, just because I was paranoid about still possibly having pests.

I am super stoked that I found a bug company that's actually reliable! I just moved here from another state and had never even heard of Bed Bugs. I used to have a regular company come out every month for ants and other regular critters but they were always late and didn't seem to care. I got a completely different vibe from these guys. I highly recommend White Horse Pest Control because When we moved into our new apartment about 2 weeks to a month we started getting bites, we though it was spiders, and so one day we found out they were bed bugs and I got Dylan to offer to help and him and Max came two days later and they did a very terrific job. Then they came back and did a follow up and since they have sprayed our unit top to bottom, we no longer have bedbugs, spiders or any other critters like roaches. Its amazing to be able to find a company so caring , concerned and very good at what they do and best part they even give extra time to give tips and methods to keep the pest to stay away and out. So give them a call they will be the best investment in pest control you will ever make. Other companies either charge too much or don't honor they're warranty.

Courteous and professional service. My wife and I have been using White Horse Pest for monthly service for three months now. We had previously had a company coming out for our scorpion issue that didn't seem to be getting better. After the first spray with White Horse, we noticed a drastic reduction. We also came across a Bed Bug issue within the last month and they have tackled that as well. It's comforting knowing they offer multiple services for whichever creepy crawler could decide to show up. 5/5!
