Bill's team (from the staff that answers the phones, to the service guys who did the initial inspection and subsequent treatment) was great - always on time (well, actually 5 minutes early both times - a rare quality today) and very knowledgeable. They were very flexible with us when we had to reschedule our treatment at the last minute. I would (and will) recommend Bill's to anyone who needs a termite service. I kind of freaked out when we found termites in our home (I've lived in AZ over 35 years and have never had termites before), but service tech James Long put all my fears to rest - explaining everything about termites and treatment. Thank you Bill - for employing such a great crew!

After finding several scorpions in the house and yard the weekend we moved into our new house, we called Family First. Our neighbors swore by them, and they were right! Josh came out and did an excellent job with perimeter treatments that redirected the scorpion trail away from our property. The few times we would see one, he was out within a day or 2 to re-treat (free if within 60 days of last treatment). He also shared his knowledge, patiently explaining how the various critters get around, and how.to deal with them. They only use quality products that are pet and kid safe, which is an important thing for us. Very satisfied!

While the service itself is quite satisfactory, we were VERY disappointed to encounter a rate increase on our service without any forewarning from Western Exterminator. Customers should be told ahead of time, either by the technician or by email, when a rate hike is coming.A second disappointment is their online bill payment system, which *requires* you to save your credit card information on their payment site.There's no opt-out. We went back and deleted our information as soon as the bill payment cleared.It's not a safe or secure practice to store credit card information on a server you aren't familiar with.

1 day after the service, saw a scorpion on the stove. Also got stung by a scorpion right outside the house'

I was able to book my appointment via the online chat and the person on the other end was very helpful. They were able to give me an appointment the very next day and were able to give me an appointment time, not a window of time. That was great! The tech showed up right on time, was knowledgeable and addressed my pest control needs quickly. He made sure to give me all the information I needed regarding my pests and was courteous of my time. The price was very reasonable and I was very happy with the whole experience.

Ryan is amazing! He has treated our home for about a year now. He's one of the most honest people I've ever known. There have been plenty of times we have been willing to pay for one service or another that we were concerned might happen, but rather than take our money prematurely, or even un-necessarily, he's taken the time to educate us on why we may not need to worry about the things we had been concerned about.

He makes sure that after any service, he reminds us that if we see any recurrence of issues, we know to let him know right away and he will come back and take care of it under his guarantee policy.

Overall ok experience. For the value of the service we got versus the money we spent not so good. Had to call constantly to find out when the technician was coming out and kept getting different answers. Would have not got all the services promised if did not call to remind them. Ray the technician did a great job. Overall grade C.

They told you they will fix the problem with one visit only and they rarely need additional service. One month later, only one rat was caught. And they want to charge $95 per additional visit, while using the same approach with the same traps. Horrible customer service. A guy on the phone stated he doesn’t care about whether his customer is happy with service. He just would like to collect service fee. Would not recommend.
