Buzz Tech Pest Control

Unprofessional! Had several problems with them throughout service. Brought this all to the attention of the owner who continued to schedule appointments for us but stopped showing up after spending over $1,300. Do not waste your time or money. They are not willing to help the customer at all! Only worried about collecting large payments from customers.

Great new rodent removal company looking to earn your business and trust. They came out and did a free inspection for me 2 days ago and were able to get started right away once I approved the price. We've already caught 3 rats and I cant believe how quickly they took care of my rat problem.

Update: Had these guys out again for a spider issue at my place. Turns out not only are then rodent extermination experts but they can eliminate you spider infestation over night.

I had Roof Rats in my attic and coming out in my kichen. In December 2020 I contacted this company for $520. they sealed my home, put traps in the attic. Then came back 10 days later to check the traps in the attic, which there was nothing caught. (charged me $95) In April 2021 I had rats again. I called, they sent a technician and he didn't even go in the attic, told me they were coming in through my dryer vent (charged me $95). Wasn't my home supposed to be all sealed? I still have rats, have called the company at least 5 times and have left message, to date nobody has called be back. I feel like I was taken advantage of and spend $710 in the process.

4 months now and I still have a rat problem at my apartment complex. Everytime they come out to check the traps it's a $95 fee. Their service is clearly not resolving anything and they continue to collect $95 everytime they stop by. My tenants have had enough and so have I. $1500, 2 tenants moved out and over 4 months of coming back to check traps with no solution. Enough is enough, I wouldn't recommend Buzz Tech after my experience. I would suggest looking up a company that will guarantee results at a set price vs paying for continous nothings.

My parents had the smallest beehive. A few hundred bees if not less than a hundred. Got charged $659.00 for their removal. I think my parents got scammed. Only reason we agreed to go through with it was because we have a severe allergy in the family. Bees needed to be removed ASAP! Scammed? I hope I get a refund or at least half the amount back. Literally the beehive was not even visible to the eye. It needed to be pointed out. I would love the owners feedback!

Buzz Tech is a fresh and ambitious pest control company that is competitively priced eager to please! Kendall and Michael are both great to work with. We were experiencing a pigeon problem with our central Phoenix commercial building; they were out quickly to assess and began remediation immediately. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you're having pest problems.

Charged $300 for 3 rat traps with what it looks like peanut butter on the trap and 3 boxes the will “catch”rats. The inspector did not show us any of this he just put them up in the attic and charged, I trusted him and that he knew what he was doing. Had a friend go up in attic and check what he put then we found that and realized we over paid for something we could of done ourselves. Reached out for a refund and he said he would refund but have not heard anything back. Very disappointed, not profesional. Please do yourself a favor and do research before you hire.

I’ve been having issues with scorpions the past few weeks, which was odd being as though they are more prevalent in the summer. I contacted Buzz Tech Pest Control Wednesday evening and they scheduled me for first thing the next day. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. He took his time spraying both the inside and outside of my home, making sure to address all my concerns, rather than rushing to get to the next job. I will be using Buzz Tech as a monthly service moving forward. Thank you Buzz Tech!!

After having my appointment cancelled an hour before the scheduled time, the technician never even showed up to the second appointment. I was told via text message, “The 7:30am appointment is the first appointment of the day, so the technician will be there right at that time instead of the 2 hour window.” The phone number I received text messages from never responded and the phone on your website said it was out of service when I called for an update.

I have now wasted too much of my time waiting for your company.

You should be conducting better service than this.

They told you they will fix the problem with one visit only and they rarely need additional service. One month later, only one rat was caught. And they want to charge $95 per additional visit, while using the same approach with the same traps. Horrible customer service. A guy on the phone stated he doesn’t care about whether his customer is happy with service. He just would like to collect service fee. Would not recommend.

Thank you Buzz Tech and Christopher. We had been hearing scratch above our daughters room for the last week or so. Being a new Mom, I was super paranoid that rats living in our attic could keep my baby up or give her a nasty disease. I called out Buzz Tech and Christopher came by and did a free estimate. He was able to get started that day and he even offered me peace of mind by sanitizing my attic so I didn't have to worry about my baby girl. Thanks guys!

If I could rate a zero star I would. This place seemed to be a great place at first from the deceitful people that work there. I called initially for a rat problem the man came out sure he set up traps but no further action was taken, as the website says they come and expose and clean area from a rodent he did not fulfill the obligation. On top of the rat issue he explained to me they are in the bed bug business, and as it is already embarrassing to have an issue such as this he said they could take care of it. Another man came to our residence to spray for the bed bugs and maybe stayed a whole 10 minutes exterminating our house. Making the comment when he entered our home oh you guys went all out because we had the house almost emptied for the extermination. I called a woman that works at there office today to ask a few questions why after 2 treatments for the bed bugs we are still seeing them as if we never had them come. She then let me know how much I wasnt doing or reading the paper work without ever discussing the issue with this woman before at all. All in all nothing was done the first guy set rat traps the second guy came and sprayed twice. No follow up and very hard to get a hold of. Bugs still crawling around our house and the rude rude lady made me feel that I was in the wrong after I had paid them close to $1,000 for there business. I dont reccomend it.

Was quoted $150-200 for fixing a bee hive problem in an irrigation box. They killed most of the bees in 15 minutes for a fee of $200, but then wanted an additional $195 to remove the hive. Should have been told this when I asked to have the problem SOLVED. Looking at going into the bee killing business for $200 per 15 minutes of work, plus an extra $200 for removing a hive. Good money if you can get this work.

Had an unexpected rodent problem at our rental property and called a few places. Joe at Buzz Tech was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and reasonable. The process was a headache until I contacted him.
Needless to say, it's been handled and they did an exceptional job. If we ever happen to run across this issue again, or know anyone who does, we will definitely refer.

Mike came out and spent 5 hours sealing all the roof entry points - about a dozen. He showed me pictures of everything. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Hard worker. Setting traps was not the hard work, it was the entry points that were very well attended to.

Great company. I was referred to Buzz Tech by my neighbors. So pleased with the bee removal service! They were professional in every way possible; polite technician and did a great job.
If you have a bee problem, give these guys a call!

I called Buzz Tech for a rat issue we were having and Mike was at our house in less than an hour. He was courteous and thorough, which helped put my mind at ease. Can’t thank them enough, as we have not had a rat issue since!

I don’t post often but when someone makes my wife and kids feel safe I have no choice.
They we’re exceptional on all facets of customer quality. The situation was resolved and I’ve had no further issues since (Malik) helped us.

In middle of night heard clawing, later saw something scurry across floor, and opened a closet door to see a 6 rat tail slip into woodwork.

This morning contacted 3 other big name services online, no reply. Called these guys offering totally free inspection valleywide and they were here in an hour. Made a special arrangement to let me pay half at a time, and he did the full job immediately on the spot, sealing house and setting traps. Very friendly and knowledgeable as I did some research prior. I highly recommend you just call them and they're my goto for rodent control. Super service!

Update: We had an emergency attack; 3 shelves of food destroyed and mouse/rat poop everywhere. Huge knocking as another/ same creature aggressively tried to enter different location from below. No response from service, they told me to call in an emergency. We laid glue traps and caught a big rodent. Their traps never did work. Quiet now for two days, other creature(s) have gone away(?) $400-$500 for nothing.

My Wife and Daughter were hearing scratching sounds in my daughters room and I was on the road and called these guys. Mike came out, the same day, set traps and sealed where the rats were getting in. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Can't speak for everyone, but the man I spoke with was very unprofessional and ended up not calling at all on day of appointment. Just showed up 3 hours after the time window and then cussed my mother in law out when she declined the service as we had left and she was watching the house.

Great price, great service, great experience. 5 stars earned.
