We recently discovered that our home had termites. After some searching on the internet, we came across Bill's Pest and Termite. We read several glowing reviews so we decided to give them a call. The receptionist was very polite and we were able to schedule an appointment for the same week. During the inspection our termite specialist was very informative and helpful in planning our treatment. He was able to answer all of our questions. Our treatment was scheduled for the next week. Our service tech arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining what the procedure entailed and what we could expect. Overall our experience was very good and we highly recommend their services to others!

They promised that I would have this issue in order within 3 months. Sure enough, the roach problem is gone. I couldn't be more satisfied with a company.

There spray and chemical are of a professional nature. A far better buy, then let's say Ace, Home Depot or Lowe's. A sprayer will cost $42, and is easily maintained. The guys are knowledgeable . Highly recommend them.

Did not know who was pay wait and collect double for the inspection for termites then I ask if the could email invoice once seller paid for Termite treatment and they could not even get that right . Then want they want argue with me poor customer services. Good luck future clients.

John was great and very responsive at first but now he will not respond to text messages and not let us know anything about scheduling our home or anything. Covid played a part at first and we were understanding but the lack of communication is not acceptable at this point.
