Casey, the technician who performed the actual termite treatment, arrived early and was efficient and professional. Work took just over two hours. Holes were sealed like it never even happened. I have been dealing with Western Exterminator since they found and treated both subterranean and dry wood termites in my house 8 years ago. I have always found them to deliver quality service. If I call between times about bugs or ants, they come out and treat without batting an eye. Seth has been my technician for a few years now. I like that stability of that too.

We found watch dog and they were able to send a guy out within a hour on a Saturday! He was so friendly, professional and helpful. He even called a few weeks later to check in and make sure the ants had gone away.... we were super impressed with the prices and the service. Ryan is amazing! He has treated our home for about a year now. He's one of the most honest people I've ever known. There have been plenty of times we have been willing to pay for one service or another that we were concerned might happen, but rather than take our money prematurely, or even un-necessarily, he's taken the time to educate us on why we may not need to worry about the things we had been concerned about.

He makes sure that after any service, he reminds us that if we see any recurrence of issues, we know to let him know right away and he will come back and take care of it under his guarantee policy.

Needed to seal house & eradicate roof rats. Invader did not properly seal house as paid for - they actually left some vents completely open. Roof rats returned in large numbers just a few months later. We were told that the rat return was barely outside the warranty period. Invader took no responsibility for their errors and would only seal the entry point that they failed to properly seal the first time. No thanks! Ended up paying twice for the same job (sealing & trapping) because Invader failed to properly perform and then failed to stand behind their shoddy work. Using Invader was an expensive mistake. And frustrating. The schedulers & technicians also frequently seemed confused about appointments. Cannot recommend.

Reply to Invader: Are you kidding me?! Now the owner responds that he doesn’t recognize my name and takes no responsibility. Nice try bad businessperson. My husband & I have different last names. But we both own the house where Invader botched their service & didn’t stand behind their warranty. Seriously, the worst customer service. Don’t fall for their aggressive marketing.

You said the problem wasn’t covered and that we needed to pay you MORE money. I’m legit- face it, your company failed us royally. You want to refund us? Arizona Exterminator Co. did an OUTSTANDING job treating our home for scorpions. Prior to their service, we killed 13 of them inside including, the one that stung my wife under her shirt! Since their professional service about 3 weeks ago, we haven't seen ANY in or around our home! Joe provided friendly advice and thoroughly explained all that he was doing. We never once felt pressured to purchase any additional services; however, we certainly appreciated all of his advice and guidance! Thanks again AEC!! Look forward to our periodic treatments!

Had skunk under house they set traps and got it. Skunk burrowed two holes. Place is pretty expensive and you have to stay on top of the people they send out to get the quality you expect. Communication between employees could be better. Lots of new employees. Sales guy that initially came out was very sharp after that it declined. In the end the job was completed correctly with the right quality. Guy they sent out to do the final fix did a good job. 3 stars really for expense 3K to fix all this.

My Wife and Daughter were hearing scratching sounds in my daughters room and I was on the road and called these guys. Mike came out, the same day, set traps and sealed where the rats were getting in. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
