We just started our service with Truly Nolan but both the representative that assisted is setting up the service- as well as our technician who called me to explain his visit and he was on his way early, we very professional and nice folks. I appreciate that they were not speaking from a script, and it was an actual conversation. Steve was our service person and called because he was early- and once he found out we are not there full time, he said- no worries- I will take care of everything for you! This service is for a seasonal home, so we have not been there yet- but wanted to have the service started prior to a 1 week trip there in October 2019. (We just purchased the home in March 2019 and have only been there for a long weekend so far). TN was recommended by friends who use them for their seasonal home in Scottsdale as well, so we trust everything will continue just as well as it has started. Thanks!

NO. Don't recommend. Poor inspection. Didn't look in hidden, less accessible locations. I still have the exact problem that I hired them to fix and they won't come to correct it unless I pay more money.

You betcha, this is the company to use. Our technician is the best. Doc, keep up the good work. We are happy with the service always. We followed Doc over from another company and are glad we did.

This business is a SCAM... If I could've read these 1star ratings ahead of time I could've saved myself from making a huge mistake... They used da same tactics 2rob me of my money dat they used on others n even charged me 2cancel service wit em.. I called em 2refuse their substandard service n still got charged 4it bcuz they didn't cancel their tech from coming out 2my property like I had requested...i didn't even receive da treatment but still payed 4it... I was lied 2n am paying da price 4believing their false claims n signing a contract under false pretenses... They told me I was signing 2allow dem 2start my service when in actuality I was signing a 2yr contract dat wud cost me a $250 early termination fee (ETF) which u only hav 3days 2cancel then when they come out 2do ur service they hav u sign a document dat waives ur right 2cancel but they lie n tell u it only signifies da service was performed... Full of lies n treachery I'd stay as far away from dis company as possible n did I mention how their product doesn't even work... All they will suggest 2resolve any issues is 2come out n spary more product dat don't even work?P. S. If I cud giv em 0 stars or negative 1 i wud cuz they suck horribly which is why they force u 2giv em ur payment info upfront so they can strong-arm rob u l8r when u try n cancel. ????

We live up at Carefree HWY where it is all pretty much desert scape around you, we have been having very bad scorpion problems lately due to all of the rain that we have been having. When I called Widow Pest, I was put on their schedule very quickly! Nick and Doug came out in a very timely manner and within a couple days we saw from before having 2-3 scorpions a day to none! they were such kind; personable men and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great pest control service!

Aldo is professional, personable, efficient, and overall amazing at his job. He presents all of the different options to you, and isn't out to just make a buck. I just recently bought a home and despite an inspection report that did not show any termite evidence, Aldo's inspection showed it was clear they missed some very obvious signs of termite activity. He gave me a couple of different options for approaching the problem to prevent any further issues with termites, and was very thorough in explaining how each of them would work and protect my home. As soon as I made a decision on which route I wanted to take, he was at my house within a week to get the job done! I would recommend Aldo's company 10x over!

This is the worst pest control company. I have no idea how they're still in business. Every person I've talked to has had a terrible experience, including me. The customer service is horrible. They are very unprofessional. The services they offer are overpriced and underserved. We had a treatment and the bugs kept coming back. It took multiple calls, messages to finally get someone to respond. They came out again, and still we continued with the bug's. They double charged us, and again, it took an act of God to get them to respond, then being argumentative. We had so many problems with Beebes that we called another pest control company who we've been using ever since, who gets the job done. We had a year from hell with these people. DON'T waste your time or money!

Ax Pest Control serviced our home for pest prevention. The representative was extremely customer service oriented. Txt to let me know when he was arriving. Responded to my questions in a friendly manner. Explained the service and made recommendations. The cost was sustainable and we are glad we hired them. Becky C.

Impressive technician. I am a new home owner in North Scottsdale and knew I needed a bug exterminating plan. One neighbor raves about this service and I set up an appt. Cody was assigned to me and I felt he had so much pride in his ability and his company's plan for exterminating. Yes, I am impressed and will recommend them to neighbors, as well.

I have been a customer of Steve Moose’s pest control service for 6+ years. During the Summer months we experience a handful of scorpions in our home, but thankfully they are dead upon discovery. We did have a cricket infestation last year, which Steve promptly treated and returned for a backup treatment at no additional cost.
