Steve and his crew were extremely professional and respectful throughout the project. We had over 30 piers on the main structure and compaction grouting done in our garage. They went above and beyond to keep “life” during this project as normal as possible. Thankfully this work is guaranteed for life so I am hopeful to not have to ever do it again, but if we did I would definitely want the same crew to do the work.

Brian Patrick, a Foundation Repair Specialist with Ram Jack of Arizona, arrived at my home in Chandler to assess a large crack in my home's exterior stucco wall. Brian arrived on time, wore Covid protective gear and performed a full inspection of the home both interior and exterior. He wrote up an inspection sheet and reviewed his findings with me in detail. The Concrete Repairman crew came out and did a top rate repair job on the cracking concrete and rusted re-rod in our stemwall foundation. They were punctual and very professional and worked through some of the hottest weather of the summer to complete the job including sealing it with a waterproofing compound and even painted it to match the house with some paint we provided. Throughout the process they were very attentive to maintaining and cleaning up the debris as they went, and when it was over everything was perfect and completely cleaned up and looked like it was when the house was built. Their estimate was accurate and there were no extra charges even though the contract did have a clause saying that once they opened it out if the damage was worse than anticipated that they could charge for extra repair, but they stuck by the estimate. The repair took 2 days just as they said it would. Very pleased with the quality and professionalism of their work and would recommend them to anyone looking to have some foundation repair work.

Best of the best! Not only where they on time to core some holes in my block fence but when Jim was done you couldn’t even tell he had been there well except for the 4” dia holes that he did. Amazing keep up the great work!

Desert Floor Coatings did a horrible job installing metallic epoxy flooring for my medical clinic. They screwed up the preparation and refused to fix it. They screwed up the finish so bad it cannot be repaired. There are holes in the finish from tools, bubbles everywhere and they refuse to clean up the mess they made on door jams, trims and wall. Justin and Tom are liars and unprofessional. The only thing worse than the quality of their work is their lack of professionalism and integrity. Don't waste your money!
