Had different typed, which a lot of them don't.

Works for Pulte Homes. Improperly installed tile that is buckling. Scheduled repairs for February, months ago. ILG does not try to order the tile until the week before the repairs are scheduled. Tells Pulte the tile is now discontinued and cancels the repairs. Now they will supposedly let us choose from products with a similar lifetime, but won't have choices available until the week they were supposed to be repairing the floor. Poor quality and poor service.

I had submitted an inquiry online because I am interested in replacing the flooring in my home and have no idea what the cost is, not even generally. It was my hope to have someone give me a ballpark and then come to my home for a quote. Tom Alan responded and left a voicemail. When I called him back he was unprofessional and dismissive and - it seemed - bothered by the call. First impression is critical for any business. Lost sale.

10am appt. Arrived 0945. Backed in 1230. Unloaded at 1800. Had to reschedule my next 2 deliveries.

Me and my family were on Cave Creek Rd on 9/21/22 when one of their work of vehicles was speeding through traffic cut us off and nearly caused a collision. The Individual that was driving was brake checking people and had absolute zero consideration for anyone on the road this was absolutely insane called the office twice with no answer completely unprofessional behavior in a work vehicle!!?!?

We had a great experience with Home Solutionz since the beginning of the project. This was the second quote and it was 5k below the other company. We spoke to Amanda and she was very attentive and professional providing recommendations and adjusting to our needs. The installation crew finished the job in less than two days with quality work - very impressive given the amount of sq ft that was covered in such short time.
