Home Solutionz is the best company for flooring services. I hired them to remove the carpet in my Scottsdale home and put a tile floor in it. They are fantastic, and their team did an excellent job. Daniel and the Golden Touch Interiors crew remodeled my family's house located just west of lower Arcadia in under three weeks. They performed a full kitchen and bathroom remodel (laminate flooring, tiles, cabinets, bathroom vanities, countertops etc.), replaced the flooring in the entire home, painted the interior and replaced all doors. They are very dedicated and were willing to put in the extra time to complete work as soon as possible. We all want remodels fast but we also want quality and Golden Touch Interiors exhibits quality in all they do, I was impressed with the fact that not only Daniel was performing the work at high quality level but his crew was also paying attention to details. We want remodels fast, of high quality but we do not like to break the bank in the process either. Daniel quoted me a more than fair price for the work performed and what we agreed on in the begining was the same in the end. No add-ons. Daniel tried his best to save me money on materials and did not waste my money on over-buying.

This granite services exceeded my expectations with their top-notch service and expertise in all things granite. They helped me choose the perfect granite slab for my bathroom vanity and backsplash, and the final result is stunning. Their customer service was exceptional, and they were always available to answer any questions I had throughout the process.

In my opinion the word crooks is the best way to describe them. They reported my initial review to Google which was completely honest and had it removed. This is in violation of the consumer fair review act which I've reported to the FTC.

Too much to list here but ill share a few items. They fraudulently charged me over $3,000 for glue(which during a repair of their original work I discovered they never uses) and refused to return it until I got an attorney involved and complained to the ROC. Then they eventually agreed to return it if I remove my review. Now they're ignoring my requests again for the refund so I have no choice but to pursue legal action.

They've incorrectly installed the floors by using shortcuts which causes the floors to pop up. It's been a nightmare as this is my only home and with each screw up I need to uproot my life.

They also removed a material called gypcrete without my authorization. I was led to believe they would be adding gypcrete to replace it but found out they used a cheaper material without telling me. Gypcrete is required by my HOA and now I'm I'm violation of HOA bylaws and CC&Rs.

They've damaged the common areas to the point my HOA sent me a large bill to clean up their mess.

Briana the project manager just makes excuses and has limited willingness or ability to help. All she does is text and when I try to call immediately hangs up and claims to be on a conference call. Hasn't called back despite trying to speak with her for months.

She ignores anything that you say that she doesn't want to address. I've asked for her supervisors contact and she just ignores the requests. Continuously making mistakes and not following manufacturer guidelines

Also caught her contractor stealing cash from my drawer and unplugging my security camera after realizing he was being recorded.

Wouldn't wish this experience in my worst enemy

The worker did a great job on replacing 3 broken tiles. He took his time to make sure that the work was done correctly and to make sure that no additional tiles were damaged. Highly recommend handyman connection for anyone’s handyman needs.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.

We are out of state and we were able to purchase cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Georgette helped us in designing a wonderful kitchen layout. The cabinets are beautiful and well built by Karman. I would highly recommend using InteriorWorx for all your needs.

Jonathan was a great sales person and Home Solutionz was hired. He helped me try to match the wood in other rooms and I decided. The process went smoothly and deposits were made, wood and glue purchased. I was contacted by Nahn, the project manager letting me know when the installers would arrive and they were on time and precise. Max and Fabian did a great job and left the site meticulous. I only hope that all of my remodel ideas are executed as easily. Communication is the key to success and they have it.
