After using the company for multiple weeks in a row, problem was not solved. Had to use another company, sure enough new company was able to fix the problem in only 3 weeks. If you get Ben as your service rep, I wish you the best of luck. This company has a lot of decent employees, Ben is not one. Was the worst, even complained about him during treatments and still continued to get him the following weeks.

Incredible customer service. Every person I had on the phone was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions respectfully no matter how silly. I appreciate the kindness when dealing with such a stressful pest situation.

This is the company my apartment complex uses and their inability to get rid of roaches in my unit left me and my two kids couch surfing for weeks as the unit was uninhabitable. They also did not do everything they told the office managers they would be doing. Very unfortunate they were unable to do their job. Definitely do not recommend to anybody.

My apartment complex (Paseo on University) used this company and they did the absolute minimum to try and treat our roach issue. I had roaches living in my stove, coming out of outlets, etc and all they did was spray. No baiting or fogging. I tried to tell them how severe the issue was and no one took it seriously. I’m not sure if the apartment complex was just trying to save money, but it was a serious health hazard and it seems like the pest control team didn’t push for a more extensive treatment.

I've used Smart Pest since 2014 and love their attention to detail and stellar customer service. Dustin is my rep and also consider him a friend. I feel confident week after week Smart Pest will have my property's best interest in mind and trust them wholeheartedly. Kudos to ownership for having an amazing team that takes care of the apartment community I manage.

Technician left my door open after a fumigation. And not just unlocked,, open.. could see my TV from the open crack in the door.. Technician then lied to my management company that they did not do this. And my property management company now blames me and is annoyed with me. And told me they would release me from my lease because I am unhappy all because of the services I have recieved from your company.. I Have had roaches for 5 months and they are still not completely gone. After bi weekly sprays and 2 full fumigations. Very frustrating.

These guys are amazing! Their sales techs are very knowledgeable and professional! I received a courtesy call letting me know they were on the way. I'd been having scorpion issues for some time now and now I see less and less with each treatment.

They were courteous regarding my dogs too.

Alex has been our Pest Control Technician for a little over a year at our apartment complex. We get excited to see him for our weekly pest control service because he always goes above and beyond for the community and the residents feel at ease when they meet with him if they have any questions or concerns. He is pro-active and will inform us of any issues he noticed while servicing the community such as an active beehive that we may not have noticed before. Smart Pest helped me with a difficult situation at the Orchard Mesa apartment complex in Mesa which has had multiple bedbug infestations. Smart Pest was professional, courteous, well-informed and focused on finding solutions to solve the issues. This is one of the few firms using the services of a trained bedbug sniffing dog. Highly recommend.

The apartment i live in use this place and there's a bad roach problem. One of the guys came in once without knocking. Another time after a spray I asked if they were going to do another treatment the guy said yes but said I would have to move all my stuff. Thats fine but it was still moved from there last treatment. Than when that didn't work he blamed me saying the roaches were hiding under my stuff.. it was a couple boxes with a sheet over them.

My apartment complex uses this pest control business. I have never been thrilled with my apartment management team, however choosing this company has been the one thing they have done right. After waking up one morning to a dead bedbug by my face, also after dealing with roaches for months, I have been stressed beyond belief until Smart Pest Solutions showed up. Diego A did an amazing job at answering all of my questions and easing my worries! Our problem is already going away and we feel so much better. Thank you!!

We use Smart Pest Solutions at the community where I work and they are amazing. Office is always prompt with responding to emails and when we call someone is always available to speak with even after hours for emergency's. The service technicians are knowledgeable, polite and professional and they work as hard as they can with our office and our residents to provide the best solution as quickly as possible.
I would highly recommend Smart Pest to anyone who is in need.

My fiancé and I have been using this company for months now and we are extremely impressed. We have tried so many pest control companies and the roaches and ants kept coming back. Since we have been using Pest Smart we have not seen one bug. The customer service is beyond quality. Pest Smart is on top of everything. Awesome company to use!

This is a great company, always timely, efficient, they communicate well, and do the job correctly. I highly recommend Smart Pest for residential, commercial, or in my case multi family housing.

I have been working with Smart Pest for over 5 years now. They are fair, honest, and courteous. The technician I currently have, Alex Beleno, is awesome with our residents. He always takes the time to explain everything and make everyone feel comfortable about the treatments.

I liked Smart Pest Control and used the twice in the past. But this time we schedule them and was told they would be out between 8 - 10 am. Well 10 am came and went and no technician and no phone call. We call them and they say the tech was busy and he will be there by 3 PM. 3 PM came and went and we call back and then they say 3 - 6 PM now. After waiting and wasting the only day off we had we cancelled the appointment. We asked to have the owner Matt call us but was told he was not available. I asked that he call us the next day and assumed we would have heard from him but no phone call.

It is to bad because they did such great work for us before. This time very disappointed at the lack of customer service.

Either ownership no longer cares or the employees who dropped the ball never told ownership.

No one with Smart Pest Control owned up to this.

We had bed bugs in our apartment and told the office. We waited a couple days for our treatment appointment after our inspection and when we asked the office about when our appointment was, we only had until the next day to basically move out for the treatment and never received a time for our treatment appointment. Since we didn't receive a time, when they showed up for treatment the next morning we needed time to get dressed and remove a couple bags of laundry from the premises. They got irritated and told us that the office needed to reschedule the treatment and we were charged a rescheduling fee.

Finally treatment day came. That very same night, after treatment, we got bit by bed bugs. We waited again for the second treatment date. This time, doing extra cleaning to leave no room for error. We were given a time and date and we had our hopes up that after the second treatment, we would finally be rid of bed bugs. We come home to find that one of our mirrored closet doors was on the floor, facedown, with a big footprint in the middle. We tried to lift it up to put it back in place and there was shattered glass all over the carpet underneath it. We go to the office to see if they knew about it and see when we would be getting a replacement and the pest control agent NEVER TOLD THE OFFICE about it. So naturally they suspected we were lying and were almost charged for it. Luckily my mom is a fighter and they decided not to charge us and just replace it, since there was no proof who did it. Oh, and we got bit again not two days after treatment.

After the hassle and lack of effectiveness of the treatments I am frustrated with this company and discourage anyone from using their services. Use a different service if you want the job done right the first time, with better customer service and care for your belongings.

We had someone from Smart Pest Solutions come to our house to treat for scorpions, and they were wonderful. So respectful, on time, and made me and my 5 roommates feel very comfortable. No more scorpions, yay!! Thank you.

This company is HORRIBLE! The sprayer walked in, didnt say anything proceeded to spray my animals cage and the baseboards right next to it and didn't tell us he sprayed there. You think he would ask us to move a cage with TWO live animals. Now one of my guinea pigs is dead because of the incompetent man. Seems like common sense not to spray poison next to an animals cage. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PETS TO WIND UP DEAD!

We love our tech Alex!!! He is a really great guy and sooo funny. He really takes his work serious and does a great job. We can always trust him to bring us accurate results. The company itself is one of the best I've ever used. I've seen what their bug killing chemicals can do. It really really works. I will always recommend this company.

Working at an apartment complex we go through smart pest. We absolutely love our pest tech Shawn. He is friendly to all the staff and our residence appreciate him as well. Having techs like Shawn makes me have faith in the company we have chosen to keep our property pest free.

Smart Pest Solutions is what my apartment complex uses for pest control. After my dog escaped when they came in my apartment, they recruited all available employees to help search for her. They also unquestionably paid all of my veterinary bills for her sore paws. Rhonda, the VP, called me personally and provided her personal cell. I am very impressed with their customer service!

Ben and his dog, Berkeley, scouted my house for bedbugs, and the entire experience was friendly and professional. Ben was extremely reassuring about the whole situation and answered all our questions about treatments and how to move forward. Berkeley was very sweet and well-behaved. Probably the worst pest terminators company I’ve encountered. I still have bugs in my bathroom. It was like there was no trace of them being in my home except for a piece of paper. I live in an apartment home and needed to watch my parents dogs due to an emergency funeral. The technician proceeded to be unprofessional and complain about having “too many dogs”. Mind you they are tiny dogs and were caged the entire time. They are not dog friendly, professional, and do not execute the job they came to do.

Will not give a window of when they arrive. When the tech, Carl arrived, he immediately started spraying. I wanted to tell him about the areas I was having issues with, but he would not give me the time of day and instead did a rush job. Put down a large volume of spray and some bait and did not explain what he was doing. He immediately got rude and impatient with me. I asked him for a card, he said he didn't have one on him. I asked for the name and number of his supervisor, to which he responded, I don't know, you can check, as he walked out of my apartment. He also left dirty boot prints all over the apartment. Any company should be utterly ashamed to employ techs such as Carl.

I use them at my property. Always had a good experience. I have had the same technician Justin for 2 years. I never had that with Burns, it was always a new guy. Justin is great, so is Dwight my rep. I really like them and will continue to use them. Thank you!

Smart Pest Solutions? Is that a real name? This, is a real, genuine review. Or better yet, a public warning.

To begin, I didn't choose this company. It was forced on me by the apartment complex we reside in.

So, if you are looking for an apartment, and find out that they use this company? USE THIS REVIEW TO EXPLAIN WHY YOU SHOULD NOT USE THEM!!

First, they charge a fee for an inferior inspection. If I told you that I was charged for an inspection that lasted less than ONE MINUTE, you would think that I'm just making it up. Well, I'm not.

Then, you might think that the attached photos were made up, or maybe I did this, and just blamed it on them.

I will swear on a Bible that none of these photos are touched up, or changed somehow to make it look worse. Again, I didn't.

This is exactly what my home looked like after Smart Pest Control left the premises.

Adam came into my apartment and even after being asked to be careful where he sprayed, ended up spraying poison all over several pieces of artwork and my furniture. Suffice to say, the artwork is beyond ruined and my furniture is discolored. He even soaked my printer that was sitting on the floor while I cleared space on a table for it. I approached him while he was still on site and he initiated the conversation by saying what's wrong now?. Utterly unprofessional and careless. Adam actually chuckled when I accused him of spraying my artwork and laughed as he pulled away while I was still attempting to speak with him about this issue.

So is it a lil pricy? Yes
Is it a lil messy and a lil rough with ur stuff? Ya kinda
But does it get rid of the bed bugs that traumatized me and ruined even being in my apartment ? AFTER 3 TREATMENTS YES!!!!

AND HONESTLY that's all that really matters.
Homeboy has pictures of his stuff flipped all over and kind of in dissaray And that is accurate look at what yr place will look like BUT they get the job done and I gaurentee if u try and get rid of bed bugs urself it won't work. 4 star only because they put a hole in my black panther picture but it's all good in the hood. so there is a post on here about them messing up your house to do bed bug treatment. i was thinking like hey at least they are trying to do a good job. but after they came to my house today it kinda seems like they purposefully just dont give a flying Duck about your stuff i did the prep exactly like was stated except left 3 jackets up in closet thinking they wouldnt matter (keep in mind that was the hot spot for bugs.) instead of letting me know or just taking them and putting them outside or throwing them on ground like they do everything else they just didnt do it and left a note saying my warranty is voided. on top on that i had a bed bug cover and pillows covering my BRAND NEW MATTRESS those are now on the ground in closet in the hot spot. their revolutionary treatment consists of trashing your house while spraying with chemicals and setting up their state of the art walmart space heaters. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

We have been using Smart Pest Solutions for a year at our home. They are reasonably priced, show up on time and have taken care of our red ant and water cockroach issue around our pool.

Very professional, great follow up, all staff is knowledgeable and extremely nice. Always listen to concerns and areas in need. I would recommend using SMART for any of your pest control needs.

KILLED MY GUINEA PIG. I had a very healthy, happy guinea pig the day you guys came. The next morning I woke up to find him dead. It’s not rocket science to not spray anywhere near an animals cage.

Extremely unhelpful. Scheduled appointments not met, very unreliable...

Finally when treatment completed puddles left all around.

In the middle of a global pandemic, you would think that they have better business management skills other than to give vague time-frames and 8 hour time-spans you must be out of your home while they do a treatment. Their suggestion of just go to the park does not fly for an 8 hour window.

A guy came to my apt today...he s the wort human being I have ever seen...worst behavior..very rude..I was feeding my 6 month old baby inside bedroom...just like that he came inside without knocking my bedroom...I was shocked suddenly seeing a stranger inside my room ...embarrassing...he didn't even apologize once..I know that they can come inside any time but there should be a basic manners right??.my day s ruined coz of this guy.I don't know his name ...he has written jp on slip

They treated my place a month ago for termites. They are back and they spread like the flu. I have a tunnel of mud with termites going directly into my couch. Find another exterminator.

These people come out to my friends apartments every other week. They’ve been coming out for a year now. There’s a huge fly and cockroach infestation and they’ve said they can do nothing to help them
