Tino and Matt were great! They came on time and did quality work. They went above and beyond doing extra clean up around the outside perimeter of the house too. We highly recommend them.

Inconsistent communication.They say they will come at this day and time and then randomly show up at a different day and time.Requests for specific days get ignored or lost in communication, and each representative will tell you they can fix it but after 5+ representatives say the same thing it has become clear they have not streamlined successful internal communication and communication with their client.

We originally just called Alex out for spiders, but little did we know we had a rattlesnake on the property and Alex bravely picked it up and took care of it. He had every right to charge us for that service but he said he was already here and didn’t see the point in charging us for that!! That just shows what kind of man he is and what kind of business he runs. The second time Alex came out it was mosquito season. We had a BIG mosquito issue! He explained to us how the pesticide worked and the following outcomes of what to expect! There have been no issues since then! We are so relieved!! Thank you so much Alex and Copper State staff!!

I have had the same technician, Jason, for many years. I can't say enough good things about him. His service and knowledge are great. He's so careful with my animals. He's got a wonderful personality. Don't ever change technicians on me!!!

I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Josh at Family First Pest control. He is always respectful and kind. I rarely see bugs around the outside of my home….and have never found one inside since I started with this company several years ago.

I’ve been using Insectek Pest Solutions for almost 6 years now since I relocated from California to Arizona. They use pet friendly products, are responsive, take the time to understand any concerns I have and answer questions, as well as (most importantly) help keep my home as pest free as possible. Jose is my usual tech (he’s awesome. Give him a shout out for me!) and Matt just came out this morning and was amazing as well. I wouldn’t use any other pest control company.

We have used Arizona Organic for years and years and Dan has always been our tech. He is awesome. Always has time to answer my questions and of course pet our dogs, who love him! He always texts me to let me know our service time is due and when he'll be here. When Dan was out for a medical issue, we sure missed him. It's great having him back!

The two young men that completed my service were very professional and polite. It was a pleasure having them treat my home for termites.

Service was handled quickly and a yearly inspection was completed and got a service report and invoice as soon as the work was completed. Have been a customer for many years and have always received personal care from the employees.

Western Exterminator comes every three months for a basic maintenance service. Our main concern are scorpions.

Jerod was very thorough at identifying the source of my rodent issue in my attic and took alot of time identifying all of the spots they could enter my attic. I no longer have any roof rats thank you Jerod. We also started ongoing pest control and after my first service i was shocked at how many dead bugs turned up on my property would highly recommend eco valley pest control
