Best Insect Pest Extermination in Phoenix AZ

I'm having problems with woodpeckers damaging my house. John was right on time for our appointment. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. I would certainly use him for future problems.

They are very proactive and suggest additional items that are required or that may help issues like scorpions :) I have used them for years! I even brought them on at work.

I had Rats Roof and I could hear them, I did contact Urban, they came a few times put some traps, but no sign of rats, the next year the same story, Chad the owner came over and did send one of his guy and who inspected the attic he sealed some of the holes and thanks God its quite so far no more RATS!!! Great communication with the office staff and technicians.

I spoke with Sean this morning and he recommended little bug traps in my garage which I had him do. He put them at the entry points. I appreciate Sean's knowledge and professionalism and I feel he is taking excellent care that my house/yard is bug free.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under eves of my roof, Watchdog came out and evicted the pigeons and installed barriers so they can't take up residence again, then they cleaned up the nests and the mess on my roof. All in all a job well done.
