Lisa Trott completed our termite inspection. She was on time, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Michael was our technician. He arrived early and completed the job over a couple of hours. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. Our experience with Bill's Pest and Termite was exceptional and we would recommend them to our family and friends.

Very good service....swept down spider webs in corners of porches, last company didn't do that.

We've been a customer of Urban Desert for about 3 years now. We have always been happy with the service, but today we were blown away. Tony came out and listened to our feedback about some spot issues we had been having with creepy crawlies and wasps. Tony was on it. He treated with several methods aiming for maximum impact. Tony was professional and prompt and I hope we get to see him again at our next scheduled service.

Gary is also really friendly and knowledgeable and helps me understand what's going on every time he comes to do an inspection. I couldn't be more pleased with the price and the service. I used their service to install pigeon deterrence. Andrew went above and beyond to answer my questions, concerns, and he identified trouble areas not seen in the initial free quote. They also cleaned and sanitized the area. My solar panels are now enclosed with meshing. The AC unit and chimney well protected. Those trouble areas I mentioned earlier each using a different detterent for the situation. Very impressed. Great quality, great value.

My service guy lets me know ahead of time wen he is coming. He completes the service in a timely fashion and leaves me my reciept before leaving. All in all very professional.

I would highly recommend Arizona Heat Pest Services to anyone that needed treatment for bedbugs. Chris Krchnavy and his crew were excellent to work with. They did a good job with the least amount of disruption to our household. The heat treatment is the best that can be done and takes care of the problem with the first treatment. The company provides monthly pest control services to our home and rental property, they are accommodating with time and their fees are reasonable.

I had a problem with pigeons nesting under eves of my roof, Watchdog came out and evicted the pigeons and installed barriers so they can't take up residence again, then they cleaned up the nests and the mess on my roof. All in all a job well done.

If you need any pest control services I highly recommend these guys. Professional, on time and reasonably priced. Karen was great to work with. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Uni-tech has the best employees, every time I call the ladies are so nice and willing to help me, their pest control service is the best. The technicians are the best, they always ask us if we have notice any other areas in my home that needs treatment and they are never in a rush to leave, the pricing is best and I would definitely refer them to anyone seeking termite treatment.
