We have been in our Scottsdale home for more than 10 years and noticed some Termite activities last year, consulted with numerous companies for the method and treatment plans. At the end I chose Bill's Pest control based on the professionalism of both the inspector - Jonathan and the staff in the office. Good and Honest customer services I have received.

My friends have used this Pest Control company and they have told me it’s as good as it gets. They are very professional, friendly and very efficient with their work. Nate, was the name of the exterminator my friends used and they said he did a fantastic job and would recommend him and the company 10/10.

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We’d had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex’s professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that’s not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

I can't say enough good things about Family First Pest control! The owner Josh is awesome! He is always on time, consistent, and prices are very reasonable for what he does. He sprays my business once a month and even cleans any spider webs inside and out! Would highly recommend!

Eric has been great. He's been over 4 times now and he has explained all the hiding spots that the cockroaches might hide out and has taken care of our problem. Now, the only roaches we find are outside and dead. He is careful not to spray in the areas where we have geckos hiding as I like having them around.Highly recommend if you have pest problems!

Could not have picked a better place! Was super worried when I started to see the termites come in through my ceiling. Then I gave ACTION Termite a call they got me someone (Jeremy) to come and take a look and inform me of what was going on and what measures to take. He was very nice fast and knowledgeable and even took his time to teach me a few things about termites, I didn’t know. I was able to get an extermination date set up in a great turn around time. When they came out they were right on time! Bill my exterminator and his co-worker were polite and fast. He explained to me the whole process of what he was doing so that I knew what was going on and how it would work. Bill was also super willing to take a peek in my attic for me because I wanted to see if he would see anything I didn’t. All I can say to summarize my over all experience was 10/10 would recommend to anyone look for any of the services they offer!Amazing work,Adam .Y

They are the best! We have been using them since we bought our home 4 years ago. They helped us get rid of the ants and keep the scorpions out as well. Any time we need anything they are prompt, on time, and have the best customer service. I highly recommend them.

I purchased 1 Angie's List deal and Brent agreed to provide a second service at the same price for our other house where my in-laws live. This company and I had extraordinary encounters with scheduling and completing our service, and through it all, Zach, the tech, and the woman who did the scheduling (sorry, forgot your name) were amazingly understanding and flexible, with no hint of frustration. They kept reaching out for an opportunity to complete the pre-paid service, but were not annoying.

When Zach and his assistant did finally come to spray the house, they were extremely polite and professional. They seemed to do a thorough job. They were quick to spray inside and out, and to completed all the necessary paperwork. They advised me of cost-saving deals I may want to take advantage of, and were helpful in scheduling the service for our second property.

We plan to use them on a regular basis for both homes.

We recently had solar panels installed and shortly after that we had a large influx of pigeons making their home under our panels. We called Watchdog Pest Control out to see if they could help us out, and they did. I was expecting an eye-sore of nets, wires, etc. and I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. It looks very clean and nothing close to an eye-sore, best part pigeons have no where to go.

The technician that was sent out was friendly, clean, and through. We plan on having more work done in the future.
